Well, for the past few weeks I've been really bugged by this question... It's mainly to people whos first language was not English... But you can answer if you know another language other than English...
Do you think in English or in your native tongue/language?...
Or...
Can you think in a different language?...
Heh, answer please... Just so I can stop wondering about it... >.<...

first language was french. So I used to think in french. But since a few years I've spent so much time writing and reading english things, I've started thinking in english.
That's a lot of trouble. Because sometimes I think something in english and I'm not even able to translate it in french gonk . I remember a time when I even started losing my french. Well, now I've kind of recovered it completely. But sometimes I still think in english.

God. I just noticed you use the three dots in every line of your sentence. surprised
My first language was Vietnamese and I had English as my second language. I rarely think in my native language because I'm surounded by American things everyday: school, internet, books, etc. plus that where I live doesn't have many Vietnamese people. I don't find it really difficult to think in my native language or so to speak, but it uses my brain power a bit more than just thinking plain English.
But I can adapt to thinking Vietnamese easily by just going to places with a load of Vietnamese people (like Vietnam :') ) because then I'd have to speak Vietnamese with them ('specially the adults 3nodding ).

The majority of the time I think in english.
There are times when I think in korean or japanese and then I'd be like "Wait, what?" Lol
