A dance step, twirl annnnd LIFTOFF!! Defective Purple, otherwise known as D.P., launched into the air, twirling about like the beautiful butterfly she was. Her colours had finally blossomed from the strange, mutant green of her youth back to the brilliant royal purple hues of her namesake species, and the female glowed for it. Of course, this might have also had something to do with the neon jewelry she insisted on wearing at all times.
"LA LA LALA LA LA LALALA LA LA!" She sang at the top of her lungs, 'dancing' in the sky to a beat only she could hear. While not insane--at least by the standards of someone who lived with Dazzle and Solaris Gaianaa--D.P. certainly was a hyper sort of character, one that loved to party and be loud and hectic. Random was her middle name, and the female wasn't modest about it. After all, she HAD lived with Dazzle and Solaris, and had had good teachers in her art.
Dancing in the clouds was a good past time, especially to such a bright creature as herself, but the wayward butterfly actually had a destination in mind: Daffu's house. Though she'd only met a few of the kitsu from that place, their homes had several ties together and thus the female had long since known of it. Now, however, she had a good reason for her visit.
His name, was Silos, though if she had been asked she may have stated 'oswald' or 'fish' or nothing at all and continued on her merry way. She'd met him, along with the nitemare anthro, a day prior. The result of that had been a fiasco of epic proportions and she only hoped to repeat the invigorating experience.
"HE'S MY BEST FRIEND BEST OF ALL BEST FRIENDS~" She sang as she spotted the little house in the hills. Dropping down gracefully in front of it, the kitsusagi simply let herself in through the kitchen door, a light bounce in her walk and tails wagging slowly behind her. "HELLO HELLO! ANYBODY HOME?!"

"SO DROP THE BOMB!" The words were barked with laughter from within the house, where a large nightmare male slammed his claws against a DDR mat, "Which way, Ozzy?! DUDE! If you don't talk faster I'm never gonna beat this thing!!"
A sigh from the sofa, "Left, right, left, up, Vertical split, double, up, up..." the instructions were murmured by an anthro nightmare, whom sat gracefully, his head propped up upon a fisted hand as he regarded the television. Being the only of the two nightmares that could actually see within the house, Oswald's fate was sealed the moment he'd set foot within, "Dow, double left, horizontal split- Can we just stop?!"
"OSWALD! I'll mess the song up!" silos 'looked over his shoulder as he continued slamming his claws against the matters; they were making such a fuss that it was no wonder they couldn't hear D.P's yells outside, "If I lose I'm starting from the beginning!" cackles resounded within the room as the large male moved around, seemingly without difficulty despite being blind.
Another sigh as the penguin placed a hand over his eyes, however, no sooner had a couple of seconds passed, that he continued mumbling instructions to the dancing nightmare before him, rolling his eyes behind his monocle. This, he decided, was pathetic. When the song was finally done (And Silos had amusingly enough scored a B somehow or other, Oswald did not care to figure out how), the penguin's ears twitched, his head turning to one side as he listened. Seconds passed before the anthro's dark pelt actually turned a shade pale and then he blushed, standing up swiftly, "I'M LEAVING!" the words were proclaimed as he hissed and looked around for his umbrella. THIS time he was leaving before SHE got here.
"Huh?" having scored his B, silos had currently been dancing his small victory dance in front of the TV, swaying his hips and tails to the motion. He paused as the anthro shot up and sounded like he'd just seen a ghost. Actually, Silos decided he sounded almost as if he'd sensed D.P appro- .... a slow smirk spread across the nightmare's maw before he lifted his head, "D.P! WE'RE IN HERE! HELP YOURSELF IN, HONEY BUNS!" he roared, then chuckling he sat down to wait. Silos was sure the other male had paled several shades more by now, however, the other anthro now stood stock still, stiff, gritting his teeth.
"You a*****e...."
"What'd I do now?!"

The conversation, and bass of the music, in the other room hadn't gone entirely unnoticed. Already D.P. had made her way through the swinging kitchen door into the hall and was poking her nose into various things that were really none of her business as she went along. 'Nosy' with her was a rather literal term it seemed. She hadn't missed the smell of the penguin--it was hard not to, really--nor the distinctive smell of her new friend. Grinning to herself she answered Silos's call within a mere second, bursting into the room with her typical, bouncing flair. "GOOD DAY MY LOVE!" She called perkily, ears raising when she saw the anthro there with Silos.
"FISHY!" In a single bound she crossed the room and leapt towards the anthro's back, intending to cling to him. Simultaneously her tongue took a swipe at the back of the male's head. This one was just as special as Silos in her mind. In one night he'd proven himself to be one of the most interesting people (read: playthings) she'd ever met. Wings buzzing almost audibly behind her, the butterfly actually danced right back up on her feet and pranced around the room to stick her nose against the TV screen. "Preetttyyyyy!!!" She cooed at the glowing colours of the DDR game.
The light from the screen forced her to cross her eyes and go dizzy, however, and soon D.P. found her self backing off slowly. She weaved a little, then sat down with a giggle. "woo... what's this? It looks neat!"

"LEAVING!" came the repeated howl from the anthro as he backed himself up against a wall; it was rather a strange sight to behold. Specialy from those that knew him, for not only was Oswald calm and cool tempered, but he was rarely if ever moved by any situation. He was cold blooded, or so he claimed; watching the black nightmare hiss, press himself against a wall and look like he'd just seen a nightmare come true int he form of a phantom was extremely amusing.
It was amusing even for one like Silos whom could not truly see. The brown male chuckled lightly, his tail thumping the floor and the mat as the TV played a different song, "Ain't it funny there are feelings that you can't deny~~! And you can't move on even though you try!" shameless to sing along, the male stood and swung the whole lower part of his body from right to left in rhythm to the blasting music, chuckling as D.P entered the room. Winking at her, or rather, moving his head in a motion that seemed to match the action, as hard to believe as it may, the nightmare welcomed her, "How's the lil terror today? Still touching the hearts of others I see!"
"NO! NO!" lifting his arms did nothing to protect the anthro from the tackle glomp and the lick from the butterfly, whom soon enough seemed to lose interest in him (Thankfully!) in favour of the TV that blasted music. However, the Penguin found himself unable to move and instead slid down the wall and to the floor into a comical sitting position, still blushing vividly for after all, touch was not something he'd think he'd ever get used to. Now, if he could.... just crawl towards the door without the other two noticing....
"This perfect romance that I've created in my mind!" came Silos' voice as he sung with the TV, swiftly moving from his spot by the mat to grab a hold of the butterfly while balancing himself on hind legs, crouched, as best as he could (which was... poorly, to say the least). Twirling D.P back, she dipped her and pressed his beak against her nose, "I'd live a thousand lives, each one with you right by my side!" letting her up, he twirled her again and out of his reach, releasing her, still singing, "But yet we find ourselves in a less than perfect circumstance!" Swaying again he paused briefly to lean his larger back against the butterfly's "That, m'dear, is a DDR game! You sing and dance!"
...Just a little bit more, thought Oswald as he crept, still in his sitting position, towards the door.
"Ozzy here was helping me since I can't see the arrows on the screen!" this said, Silos moved swiftly and sat himself partially on the anthro's long fluffy tails, effectively stopping his exit. Oswald could merely glare at the other male before allowed himself to sigh in defeat, his blush, thankfully receding.

"WEEEeeee!" The female sang as she was twirled, supplying the song thereafter with a somehow in-tune and on-rythmn croon of "la la lala LA" since she didn't know the words. She twirled and danced with him rather well, however, rubbing her back against his despite the hinderance of both their wings and height difference. D.P. added an extra little twirl when they were done, spinning off across the room and landed in a graceful curtsy when she'd done.
Happy, D.P. bounced a little thereafter with a slight clap of her forepaws before falling down upon all fours once more. It was then that she noticed the Anthros' thwarted escape. "Ossy!" She gasped, tone hurt in so convincing way that it bordered on amazing. She pouted and pranced her way over to him, raising up to attempt walking on her forelegs. Though she wasn't near as tall as he was normally, him sitting down put them on about the same level and she draped her forearms about his neck most dramatically as she wailed. "You were LEAVING ME weren't you! Oh WOAH IS ME, the love of my life GONE! DEPARTED! BETRAYAL OH SWEET, GASTLY BETRAYYYAAALLLLl!!"
She ended this by 'thunk'ing her head down upon his, careful of the horns though she didn't look it, and wept into his ear.

Stiffening more if ever possible, the anthro braced himself as the butterfly flew over to him. The sweatdrop that rolled over the back of his head was testimony enough that he wanted OUT of this situation as soon as possible, yet still he found himself rooted to the spot, staring into the female's eyes. The fact he was sitting down made it rather easy for her to flop her arms around his neck, however... it being easy didn't mean it was welcomed by the nightmare whom winced horrible, blushed and looked around as if for some sort of escape route.
"Yer kinna trapped, mate; better give her what she wants!" now, as was normal, Silos chuckled to himself, brushing his claw against his own beak before allowing his tongue to slip in and out. A pause followed however as the nightmare smirked to himself, no doubt pondering his next course of action.
Not even Oswald's pleading look went noticed by the obviously scheming Silos. Refraining something akin to a hiss and a sob, the anthro straightened himself up further along the way; there was no way he could press himself up further, for the back of his head and back were already stark straight against it, his hands pressed back likewise. However, soon enough, the butterfly flopped her head against his own, and that was the penguin's undoing. Instantly he flopped back down into a more languid position, his hands, previously occupied with pressing themselves to the wall swooping up to cover his beak as his eyes widened.
"Yah know, I'm feeling HORRIBLY left and tossed aside here!" The smirk across Silos' maw twitched, his nostrils flaring at the scent of blood and barks of laughter rung through the room as he lifted his head in the air and allowed himself a good chuckle that swiftly turned into a full blown out ... fit of laughter. He couldn't see, true, but Silos knew that Oswald was by now nosebleeding.
True enough, the blood was slipping, dripping down the hands the anthro was holding against his beak; it wasn't HIS fault if she was pressed up against him though! This was precisely why he had wanted to LEAVE.
