I saw an advertisment in the newspaper for a Dead or Alive movie. I like the games so I looked it up a little, it looks pretty good. I was wondering if anyone else planned on seeing it or knows anything about it. 3nodding heart I tried to go onto the website (www.deadoralive-movie.com) but its "comming soon" Here is a link to a trailer, it looks pretty good. Of course its Dead or Alive so there's most likely nudity. sad Trailer

Dude, that movie was freaky, but it was wicked man!!!
There's a real game fer it?
I didn't know! D:
It was defenitely better than Blood Rayne!
I liked the video game, but the movie was a drag!
Her hair looked fake, and she couldn't act even if she tried. D:

I've only ever played DOA2 because I only own a PS2.. the DOA games moved to the XBox after that.

I admit.. I was never ever a fan of DOA... not a very complex fighting game and is certainly overly easy for a reason (you need the other hand for something else). The whole game is FAN SERVICE... and although i can find women attractive... considering the lack of depth in character and over abundance in a**... not my cup of tea. However, I am a fan of Devon Aoki (at least as Miho in Sin City) and that would probably be the only reason why I would watch it. Most fighting game-based movies are... hardly worthy of wasting time on but I'm willing to give this one a shot considering at has been quite a while since Street Fighter: The Movie *cringes at the memory*.

I've seen it, well actually I own it. It's really got nothing to do with Dead or Alive 'cept the characters names. Even the way the characters act aren't really like how they act in the games.
Theres no nudity that I recall but I've only seen it once.
But this is coming from a girls perspective I'm sure guys won't care how closely it relates to the story they'll just be focused on the hot girls.
The acting is pretty bad too, but the scenery is cool. Some people who saw it thought its really bad, I don't think its really bad or really good, its just....there. lol

It might be a decent rental... I wouldn't put too much faith in a Dead or Alive movie, though...

I hate Dead or Alive, so there's no way I would ever watch a movie based off it. Now if they made a movie based off soul calibur (that was actually decent), then that would be a different story.

i actually liked the movie. it was pretty entertaining. I still have yet to see the bloodrayne movie. I heard that one sucked a**.
