The Name spot is pretty self explanatory.
Type is what kind of RP it is (including, but not limited to: Action, Adventure, Romance, Spazziness, or any combination of the like)
Link, just copy the URL of the first page of your Fan-fic.
Summary is a brief description of what your Fan-fic is like.
