It looks like you needed some strong attacking monsters (Level 4 with 1800-2000 ATK) for help until you summon a Harpie Lady #1 or two, and defencive monsters if you want to.
Your monster:spell/trap ratio isn't very good. A painful task but you need to get rid of spells and trap if you want to increase your chances of drawing a monster and not be stuck with useless spells and traps.
It's an interesting combo with Harpies and Armed Dragon but it's unclear just how well it will work. Duel as many people as possible and ask for their input. Maybe you're better off with just a Armed Dragon deck or a Harpie one. Who knows.

your deck is okay it just lacks decent attack monsters you need a bunch of level 4 monsters with decent attack or defense stat but besides that its decent
