Below is a bit of work I did to narrow down the Sniper's location. To begin I checked over Zuek's work and saw that he had pinpointed at three possible locations.
After finding the initial image (Sniper atop a building whilst the clock chimes) I was able to see that he had to be atop the clock tower. Then from working on the images of lower buildings I confirm this.
Lastly I lined up the two photographs to give a more accurate location for the Sniper.
Additionally, I also included a bit of suspect and motive work on the top right-hand corner.
Hopefully by knowing location we can determine more information about the Sniper & his/her motive, weapon and traits.

I have a question: Do you think the sniper was paid or do you think that he/she did it on his/her own accord?

Well if paid or shot by the person themselves it's the same person behind it all.
I think that it could possibly be Edmund, prehaps he disagreed with Ian's trial as he was a friend of Gambino. But I cannot see why he would shoot Gambino.
If the sniper were hired, maybe two people hired him/her? Thus meaning different motives, and a difficult case to solve. 3nodding

There's no way bucho could have been the sniper. Bucho is to buff therefor making it difficult to sustain balance of that height.

About that 18%. Maybe he wanted Ian guilty because he in fact was guilty. Some gaians actually Gino was the sniper because he was standing at the tower in one on the plot pictures. Although he isn't that tall?

Although he isn't that tall? I don't think height matters to Gaia. .___.;;; Gino can't be the sniper since he was right there when Gambino got shot. Plus he was standing behind Gambino.

My money is on Edmund.
Gambino was friends with Edmund during the Olympic Marathon, but perhaps some part of the plot will be revealed in which Gambino ticked off Edmund or disrespected him.
Edmund may have some lingering loyalty to Gambino however, the "Noone can pick on them but ME!" attitude. Believing Ian to be guilty (and Edmund already dislikes Ian. remember, Ian refused to pay one time. xp ) he wreaks vengeance.
Or maybe its Geebus, the butler.
It is possible. xp

Anyway... That does have logic. We have overwhelming fact for Edmund, but it isn't enough. We need to look into it more deeply. why don't we... pretend?
