I am a female ronin samurai. My name is Akagawa Namigin and I am currently under the employment (I guess is the right word) of Tyrnan Bjornson otherwise better known as Master Elexi Stormcrow.

Sixth century anglo-saxon. Anglican.
If I can figure out the anglo-saxon word for "dip", I've got the perfect way to describe her.

Almost 6 yrs. in the society and I still only have a name and place of origin. No time period, no story, nothing. Took me 4 of those years just to find myself a surname. What I need is a history book of Ireland.
Rosemary o Mordha (the o actually has an accent mark, but I keep forgetting how to make one on the computer...) of the western coast of Ireland, by the cliffs of Moor (that's where the surname originates from, so that part was easy!).

Norseman who was born in Iceland then moved to Denmark after narrowly surviving the battle of Clontarf in 1014. (Yes. I watched Brian Boru fall.)
After moving to Hedeby got set up as a merchant of fine goods from the far reaches of Miklagard. Regularly traveled the overland trade routes between Hedeby and Miklagard.
Has become fairly wealthy and has a nice hall with his wife and a thrall or two who are treated well and serve them happily.

I... have a really messed up one. I started out as a mid 1500s Itaillian fencer, to be my SCA/foster fathers daughter. Then when my real mother joined the SCA as a really early pierod Scottish woman he put me as being her doughter and kidnapped by pirates later to be sold to Danta(my daddy). Now that I have been taken in by a Viking household I dress according to that and its may main household. It also makes more sence to my Mothers persona... as I didnt travel threw time I was just kidnapped by raiding Vikings. Yet I still keep my Itaillian name.
But I am also on a pirate ship called the Sirens revenge, all female crew(with a letter of mark!) made up of all Dantes Daughters(none of us are his blood children) and I am the crows nest person... as apparently I am the only one crazy enough and small enough to go up there.

My name is Iofa ferch Macsen of the Durotriges. I live in the south of the island the Romans call Britain in the fortress of Mai Dun. It is the year 44 CE by the common reckoning and our peace is threatened by the invaders from the southern lands who seek to subject us to our rule. But the Celtoi bend knee to noone, and those who seek to steal our lands will learn to fear us. My husband and my sons are mighty warriors and will not flinch from warfare if it is brought upon us.

Eventually I'll settle on a time and place (or several) probably Mongol, continental Celt, or something fairly early-period.
At the moment, I dress for the activity, ie. Rapier/Equestrian = late-period cavalier, partying/merchanting/ithra = generi-wench.

Mostly I play a 16th c German lady - when in the century depends on which interest I'm studying. Thus I have early 16th c garb (kampfrau) along with late 16th c clothing (Spanish-influenced), which is usually what I wear when dancing, etc.

Well.. It's hard to tell...
I like being difficult on my poor heralds people and give them names they don't know how to pronounce or spell ((*ahem* Like HIKARI no FUJIWARA rolleyes ))
When I'm feeling ambitious I'm a Maiko (yea I know they're not period, shush), and when I don't feel like putting up the hair and doing the make up, I'm still japanese only I'm Heian, which is VERY much more period.
When I'm REALLY feeling lazy, I put on a coathartie and use the name Gisele for the day.
One of these days I'll probably go on to a chinese personae cause I think it'd be fun. :3
