It looks like a balanced deck. Just a suggestion, you could add Jinzo or Royal Decree. With the few amount of traps you have, it wouldn't hurt your deck too much. It will also increase the survival chance of your monsters since you'll be able to negate spells (Horus the Black Flame Lv cool and traps.
Maybe some more Dragon specializing cards like Dragon's Rage would be good to add but it's not that vital.

yea i don't really like jinzo that much id rather use dragons bead on Horus then nosell and no traps
i might out in a dragons rage i don't know yet

a suggestion would be tyrant dragon since it can destory traps with its effect that monster and if only one monster exist on the field it can attack twice
