Kazuki woke up very early that night. He was trendign through his tribe lands and further out. He was heading towards Kana. He was going to meet his sister as he normally did. This time though he was to meet his new niece's and nephew. Then again he rather hoped they wouldn;t come. Since by now he figured they were huge. He sighed as he made his way on hoping to get there soon. As the forest gave way to large clearing he stood and waited for sister to arrive.

Ari wasn't quite sure what it was that woke him up earlier than usual that night. Was it the heat? The sound of something moving in the bushes?
Or was it the fact that Kazuki seemed to have sneaked off, and was nowhere to be found? At least, nowhere in Ari's range of vision. Which was unusual, since if one of them got up before the other, he couldn't remember either of them leaving the other without an explanation.
Curious as to just what exactly was going on, Ari got up, and slowly circled around the sleeping area. He noticed footprints probably left by something large. Elder-sized. Either Kazuki, or some other elder invading their tribe territory. And either way, Ari was very curious about the footprints. So he followed them, trying to be as stealthy as he could. If Kazuki was sneaking around, it was probably for a reason. And Ari wanted to know what that reason was.

Kazuki walked along until he reached a clearing with a large tree in the center. He sat down by it and waited. He glanced up at the slowly darkening sky. He sighed he didn't like to sneak away so much. He was sure one day Ari would follow him or be upset or worse suspicious of his actions. He could only sigh again, pausing as he heard movement. He glanced towards the sound as a black and green fox emerged.
Tanith stepped into the same clearing as Kazuki and smile seeing her brother. She gave a yawn though as for her would be heading to sleep right about now. He made her way over to him and gently nuzzled his neck.
"Good to see you brother. What news have you on your side? How is your mate? Are you goign to have kids yet? Mine are amazing!" She grinned at him as he stared at her. She only shruged it off. She would never fear him. Even if he was larger.

Ari kept silent as Kazuki stopped, and watched as a new fox appeared. The first thing he noticed about here was her Kana tribe tattoo. What was Kazuki doing hanging around with her? Ari bristled when the Kana fox nuzzled Kazuki. What did she think she was doing? It kept all of his self control from bursting out there that instant, and demanding to know what was going on. But listening to the two talk, Ari remembered what Kazuki had said, about having a sister in Kana. So, this must be her.
Ari doubted that either would appreciate his eavesdropping, and he thought about telling them that he was there, and pretending he had found them by accident, or going back to the rest of the tribe.
Although exactly how would he explain how he got here? This was far from where he spent most of his time. To Ari, it seemed like too much of a coincidence to be explained. He would stay where he was for now, and hope that he could keep quiet enough to not be discovered. And that the wind wouldn't change direction, carrying his scent to Kazuki and his sister.

Kazuki grimanced and sighed. His sister always was into his life now that he was an Elder.
"Not too much news. The tribe is getting larger slowly. We plan to have a party soon to celebrate the tribe being whole again. My mate is ...well.." Kazuki paused and blushed moving away from hsi sister so that she would not see.
"So tell me about your kids? I am sure they have grown." Kazuki smiled slightly avoiding one question she had asked.
Tanith smiled and nodded but stoped when her brother did and watched him closely. Then she smiled when he mentioned her 'babies'.
"They are as wonderful as ever! Though they do fight among themselves but that is not anything out of the ordinary. " She smirked at at her brother.
"Ichigo is as happy as can be the proud father. I still am surpised I ever fell for him really. " She shrugged her shoulders trying to put it off but the more she though about it the more she blushed.
Aimi who had been scouting the area as her mother instructed prior noticed something rather large seemign to be watchign her mother and uncle. Being very careful she snuck over and then she pounced over towards it.
"Who are you invader!" She snarled at this figure her claw out and ready for anything.

Ari listened to the two talk some more, wondering why he was still there. Now that he knew that Kazuki was only talking to his sister, there wasn't any reason for him to stay.
But Ari couldn't bring himself to leave. It was...interesting, listening to them talk.
And then, suddenly, a fox pounced on him. Instinctively, he shook the fox off, before she could hurt him. Stupid crazy Kana foxes...
"Who I am is none of your business," he growled at her, disliking her immediately for attacking him. So maybe reacting to her so rashly was a bad idea, but she attacked first, and his emotions from that weren't back under control yet.

"Wrong answer!" Aimi pounced and clung to him tightly. She began to force him to the ground tripping him up with her tail. She wa susng her cunning to get him down and force him down. Thought their struggle was making alot of noise.
Tanith growled as she heard noise and glanced at the rustling bushes. She looked at Kazuki.
"One of yours?" She said with a rather nasty tone as she made her way over to the bushes. If it was Anjafey...
Kazuki followed quickly shaking his head. He knew no one followed him. Well he thought so anyway. That is until he took a wiff of the scent.
"WAIT! Thats Ari!" He charged forward and as he appeared he say Aimi on Ari.
"Get off him he is with me!"

Although he was bigger than her, he was having a hard time getting the stupid Kana fox off of him. Probably because those sort needed to fight. That's what you got with a violent tribe like that.
Even still, he wasn't about to let this Kana fox take him down without a fight. He was about to try squishing her between his back and a tree, when he heard Kazuki tell her to get off of him. Ari stopped struggling, hoping that she would listen. If not, there were plenty of trees around...

Aimi got off Ari and glanced at her Uncle. Then she looked at Ari.
"Alright Uncle...but he shouldn't be here..." She glared at him and steped back a bit.
Tanith then glared at her brother.
"What is the meaning of this?! I thought you were alone brother!" She then snarled a bit at Ari hoping it wasnt one of those stupid members from Lunarie.
Kazuki went and sood in front of his sister. He coughed a bit feelign very nervous. He opned his mouth then shut it. He fidgeted a bit before finally speaking.
"Thisismymate. He must have followed me..." Kazuki then looked away blushing. He never really told his sister his mate was a male fox. Now even his neice knew.

Ari was glad that he wouldn't have to keep fighting the stupid Kana fox. But he still kept his eye on her, not trusting her. Even if it sounded like she was Kazuki's niece.
"Yes, I did follow him," Ari admitted. But that shouldn't be a problem. They weren't on Kana territory. Were they? He knew they had crossed over the Lunarie borders, but he couldn't recall seeing any Kana borders...

Aimi stared at her mother then at her Uncle then back at her mother. She opened her mouth but then closed it. Then just stared at her mother. The question she wanted to ask obvious in her expression.
Tanith looked at her daughter and just shook her head then she looked at her brother. She was also in shook. She looked at him thinking then she spoke.
"So..um..he is a male right?"
Kazuki blinked but nodded. Then takign all his might he looked at his sister and niece.
"Yes my mate is male. I know I didn't tell you but...I didn't know how..." He backed up so he was next to Ari and nuzzled him.
"I love him though...."

Ari blushed, having the two Kana foxes stare at him like that. Although with the question Kazuki's sister asked, Ari had to wonder what rock the Kana foxes lived under. Hadn't they heard of Kure and Panda-chan, the leaders of the Bamboo tribe? Really, he and Kazuki being together was nothing unique. Maybe it wasn't anything that was all that common, but they weren't the only ones, either.
Ari nuzzled Kazuki back, not quite sure what he should say now. The conversation had gone off in a rather awkward direction. Although he couldn't think of what to say to bring it back to a more comfortable topic. He was still too busy trying to think of how he would explain just why he had followed Kazuki, and then why he had stayed hidden in the bushes.
"So, nice weather we're having," Ari finally said, with a bit of a forced laugh. It was obviously a pathetic attempt to get the conversation away from the present awkward topic, and if it worked, well, all the better, then.

Aimi's ears twitched and stared at Ari a bit unsure. Then she snickered and shook her head.
"I guess I shall go back to scouting. Oh and Uncle. He has a nice butt." With a grinn she disappeared behidn a fre trees snickering to herself.
Tanith laughed and shook her head. Then she smiled at her brother.
"Well it wasn't what I expected but its fine. Careful though Aimi might try to steal him away." She added with a smirk watching the two elders. Though she admited she was happy for her brother.
"Well Ari I am Tanith, Kazuki's sister. And that tiger like girl was one of my daughters, Aimi." She bowed her head in respect but kept her eyes on him.
Kazuki smiled faintly as his cheeks deepen in their pinkish red shade. He was glad Ari said what he did. It killed the ackwardness. Now he just watched his sister introduce herself and her leaving daughter and he smiled more. He was so glad to be accepted. Then again his sister was an odd one and nothing ever seemed to phase her. Unless it was family related.

Ari was glad when Aimi. That comment about his butt (Ari felt himself blushing because of that) could have easily let the awkwardness return.
"Nice to meet you, Tanith," Ari said, not because it was true, but because it was what you did. He might not like the Kana tribe, or any of the foxes in there, but he had to behave, for Kazuki's sake. This was Kazuki's sister he was dealing with, after all. And at least she hadn't attacked him, like her daughter had.
Her daughter...Ari felt jealous, that this Kana fox had children, while he didn't. Stupid luck with how that went.

"Indeed it is a pitty you cant meet my other 8 childern. All grown up now." Tanith added with a smirk as if enjoyign the fact she had had kits and they hadn't It was until she saw the look from her brother that she stoped.
"So this is the wonderful mate then? Well Ijust hop he treats you right.."Tanith glanced at Ari sizing him up.
Kazuki sighed and shook his head glarign a bit at his sister.
"Now don't start that! You knwo it might have been that, that set of Rei's family. " Kazuki said with a hint anger in his tone.
"You will treat Ari with respect, he is an Elder and he is my mate!" Kazuki said his voice rising a bit He relaxed though when he noticed Tanith stop with her analyzing looks.
