I noticed the Mil-a-Day thread in the Chatterbox well before the event started.



Needless to say, I was somewhat skeptical, and hell-bent on completing my quest at the time. Like most threads in the Chatterbox, I gave it a cursory glance, a noncommital reaction, and then promptly forgot about it. Trying to find intelligent life in the Grunny Jigsaw server seemed more important at the time. Also, getting my coat. Woo, coat!

But lo and behold, a few weeks passed, and.. Mil-a-Day is, gasp, viable.

Curious after watching a few people gossip about Sinelo's ban in a quest thread, I decided to actually check things out.

Anyone clever enough to joke like that is A-OKAY in my book. Likewise, in wandering through the other threads in the guild.. y'all are pretty clever! And hey, I even recognize some of you, even if you.. won't recognize me!

So I stand corrected. wink

Needless to say, it's been a pleasant surprise to be proven wrong on both of my initial false conceptions. Was anyone else a little dubious at first?

Absolutely.

But being wrong about things is about the only way to learn. ;D So.. I'll take being wrong on a regular basis over being right on a regular basis. Learnin' is awesome!

Yeah, I thought this was sorta scammy and weird at first too. O: But obviously I was wrong and it's been nothing but awesomeness. heart

At first I was all like, " rolleyes Geez...another spam PM..." when Phoxy_Kitsune sent me a refferel. xD But somehow I ended up joining the guild anyways. I just figured that this might be a guild I'll actually attempt to be active at. xD

@Tahirah: Yeah, I don't really care for being wrong either. In fact. I don't like it at all! Which is stronger than 'not caring for it', I guess.

@c o s p l a y: It is all relative! 8 AM is not awful if you go to bed, at, say, nine thirty. But who goes to bed at ten, anyway? SLEEP IN UNTIL AT LEAST TEN, AUGH. Sleep is delicious.
