Kaya reached the stairs and walked down them very slowly. He remembered them being weak from the last time he'd been in this place. Kiss followed slowly. She was worried that Kaya might be crazy, of course...she hadn't been there then. If she had been a part of the Dialga Crisis, she would be feeling the same things Kaya was right now.

At the bottom of the stairs, Kaya followed the familiar path deeper into the basement. He remembered it clearly.

"Alright Ara. Use Thunder Shock!" Kaya ordered quickly. Shiara's wool crackled alarmingly and she fired a long arc of lightning from her ears at Zubat.

(Super Effective! -50 from Zubat. 50/100 Hp remains)

Zubat screeched in pain as the current shot through it, then reacted with a Bite, trying to take a chunk out of the pne who had hurt it.

(-35 from Shiara. 65/100 HP remains)

Thankfully for Shiara, her wool stopped the Bite from breaking the skin, and while Zubat was still latched onto her, she let loose another Thunder Shock.

(Super effective! -50 from Zubat. 0/100 Hp remains. zubat is Defeated! Shiara gains +8 Exp.(

Zubat lay twitching on the ground as Kaya walked with Shiara and tolkis into the final room that he wanted to explore in the tower.

With the help of Shiara's tail light, Kaya walked over to the indention in the ground which had been left by Raikou's weight. He knelt down and placed his hand against the cool soil, feeling it warm up under his touch. He could almost feel the heat from Raikou's body emenating from the area around him. When the light started to get brighter, he shielded his eyes with his other hand.

Kaya ran over to Shiara and gave her a big tear filled hug. "I don't believe it!" he cried joyously. "My Mareep evolved for the first time in the same place as Bray's did!" he cried in joy. "Let's get out of here, girls. I'm done being lost in the past." he said to Shiara and Tolkis, both of whom nodded happily at the suggestion and they headed back towards the stairs together.
