A frozen Exchange with no new posts is a very scary one...

Me, I know the admins do a lot of work for the advancement of Gaia as a game, but really. They should try to fix the older problems first before trying to implement new stuffs.

Anyway, story behind this cutesy pixel thing; I was surfing abouts in the United Forums of Gaia (guild) yesterday, and I noticed this interesting-looking topic. Within it was this site:

It's a place where you can customize your own little icon. They're sized for MSN Messenger images, but it's easily adaptable into AIM icons as well. ^^ So if you want to, you can go have some fun. ^^

Yup yup yup. I've been checking back tons all day, and there's still errors up the wazoo. *grumble grumble* I honestly, don't mind the fact that there's so many errors. What really annoys me is that rare is it that we get word from the admins what's going on, and any idea of when it'll be fixed until either a) it's gone on for far too long, or b) the problem is already resolved.

Besides that, I want blue eyes too! That's why my avatar has blue eyes. 3nodding Stupid asian genes not having blue eyes....

Mm, I cannot really fault the admins. It does get annoying, but I am sure that they are trying their best.

A bit more information on the happenings would be nice. On the other hand, maybe they withold information on the problems while hoping that whatever fixes they program will work. I imagine the following scenario...
random admin: Wah! gonk ERRORS?????!!!!
admin: *codes for hours and hours*
admin: Maybe I should tell the users what is going on...
admin: No, this will work. It has to. So tired... Eyes blurring...
admin *codes for an hour or two more*
admin: *tests fix*
admin: Not working! crying *yaaaaaawn*
admin: Tired... must inform users... *clicks towards the announcements*
admin: World...spinning...
admin: *passes out* Zzzzzzzz....
admin: *has nightmare about flaming sushi from hell*
admin: *wakes up, having forgotten pre-passing-out plans*

Ha ha ha ha. That's awesome. Personally, I figure that it would be more like:

admin: hmmmm....I seem to be getting 10,000 more PMs more than the usual 500.
admin: *shrug*
admin: hmmm.....Q+F seems to be blowing up...
admin: *shrug*
admin: hmmm....maybe there's some kind of bug or error....
admin: Oh well, it'll fix itself
admin: *leaves for a few hours*
admin: Is it fixed yet? Nope....
admin: *plays RO for a few hours*
admin: Hey! looks like it fixed itself! I better let the users know that there was a bug!

xd Yeah yeah, I'm terrible. I'm sure that they work a ton harder than any of us can imagine. But still better communication would be nice just so we aren't always in the dark wondering what the problem is....

As for the sushi gone missing, they aren't errors.
Lanzer's cat is called sushi... he's been running away a lot lately.
Sushi is what makes gaia work, so when he hides from Lanzer, gaia breaks down ninja
