Taken straight from MCR's myspace bulletin.
I almost cried when I read this becuase I had tickets for tonight's show (May 1st) but read it all and I'm sorry to those who had tickets for the 29th and 2nd show.
My Chemical Romance and support act Muse deeply regret that they have had to cancel several dates on their current tour due to members of My Chemical Romance band and crew and members of Muse's crew being struck with serious food poisoning.
The nationwide tour, supporting My Chemical Romance's platinum album The Black Parade and Muse's album, Black Holes and Revelations, was brought to a standstill on Sunday when several members of My Chemical Romance's band and crew and members of Muse's crew became violently ill after the show at William and Mary College in Williamsburg, VA. With multiple people scattered in hospitals between State College, PA and Columbus, OH, the bands were forced to cancel Sunday night's show at the Bryce Jordan Center in State College, PA and postpone the show in Columbus, OH from Tuesday, May 1st to Wednesday, May 2nd, provided everyone has recovered. The show originally scheduled for tomorrow night at the Petersen Events Center in Pittsburgh, PA has been cancelled.
My Chemical Romance and Muse would like their fans to know that they hope to resume the tour as soon as possible. Tickets for the April 29th Bryce Jordan and May 2nd Pittsburgh show will be refunded at point of purchase and My Chemical Romance hope to make it back there before the end of the year.

BLAST!!!
I just heard on the radio that our show tonight has been post-poned another day.
If anyone has tickets for the Columbus, Ohio show, keep ahold of your tickets! I've been holding on to mine... poor things say May 1st... mental note to write the proper date on the back before I scrapbook it.
MCR hasn't posted a blog on it yet, but as soon as they do or I find out more I will let everyone know.

yea its postponed here I'm pretty sure they will reschedule all the dates because it was so unexpected.
They ate some chicken which gave them food poisoning.
Poor guys sad
Makes me never wanna eat chicken! XD
I'm happy they are still continueing the date for columbus ohio though.
Even if I'm not going XD
Man I wish I was XD!!

-sigh- I know. I already went to one of their concerts, but when I read this, I felt my heart sink. I was drinking when I read it, and then I gasped really REALLY loud and my mom thought I was choking [[which I sorta was ._.;;]] Poor guys. As if having a cracked rib for Gee wasn't bad enough. STUPID CHICKEN! D<

SepiaMoon -sigh- I know. I already went to one of their concerts, but when I read this, I felt my heart sink. ~ I actually thought it was his cracked rib thinking it might've gotten worse but then my friends told me it was food poisoning from a chicken they ate -.-

Awwww, poor guys! Stupid chicken... giving our guys food poisoning! I just hope none of them are gone on May 22nd, That's my show! *fingers crossed*

but i was thinking about it....their supposed to play bamboozle,headline infact. Are they still on?
it would severly suck,for all of you who have tickets.And then i would miss them on SURS!
this Salmonella crap is REALLY starting to urk me! scream

I had been waiting weeks to see them last friday for my birthday. I was on a field trip when my friend called (the day of the concert) and said they had cancelled it also we both had a bad feeling during first period. Well I kinda made a scene on the bus and I was like sooo upset but I do hope that they feel better
