The Village Of KirigakureTheme Song
The Village of Kirigakure is an odd but beautiful place, as you pass the harbor and the Mizukage's Office you find yourself in front of a bridge. The bridge is a passage through a crystal clear lake, that seems to shimmer like alexandrite stone. In the morning it has a beautiful purple glow but as night the glow of a blue haven can be seen. This lake follows your path as you walk into the village. Below your feet are white marble stepping stones, with veins of blue. They glow as the sun and/or moon shines on top them, the lake flows around the village, beyond the lake is a thick white mist; adding beauty and mystery together to the village. Cherry blossoms flow the water, the flowers falling upon the water. Complex yet beautiful houses made of all material surround in a spiral motion all the way to the middle of the village which holds a special surprise. On the outer spiral you can see the hospital, and a few rows down there is the Academy; The Library is one of the last buildings of the spiral. The tournament building is not included in the spiral it is oddly away from the village and in a clearing beyond the waters. In the middle of the village is a large fountain, the waters from the lake glistening out of the fountain. The fountain is of two dragons, one white and one black they are tangled together. The water spits out of their mouths and into the air, the water is caught by their tails, and it bounces to the rim of the fountain. Among the shops and homes that spiral the fountain are many other odd buildings, that go anywhere from a pub to a diamond jeweler. Legend states that the cool waters come from legendary caves that hold the two dragons to this day.NPCs:

Mistress walked amongst the dusty streets of Kirigakure examining the village critically.
...it was pathetic. That was the only word to describe it really. It was dirty. It was crumbling. The people were uncouth. Everything about it was wrong. Mistress would change that. She would make it cultured and pristine and clean and crystally as Kirigakure was before. Her methods would be questioned for generations to come, but Mistress would change Kirigakure for the better.

Ryoku lowered his hood as he entered a small restaurant. Shade jumped into their regular booth as Ryoku sat down next to him. A short, plump man walked over and sat down across him, pushing some tea over.
"How did things go over at the office? Is this 'Mistress' evil, or calm?"
Ryoku sighed and took a sip of his tea, frowning.
"Well," he began, folding his hands in front of his mouth," her gaurd was being an annoyance. Judging from him, I'd say that she's ten times as worse. In other words, 'evil' as you put it."
As he took another sip, the man stood up, shaking his head, and walked back to the kitchen. Shade wimpered and Ryoku stroked his head.
"I know."
He looked out the door as some mist began to roll into the area. His face was grim.
"Things are going to change for the worse."

Two ninja appeared in the middle of the village covered in ocean blue cloaks. both carrying Katana on their backs and carrying mist village head bands in there hands. One Was Karite Kokyuu of the unknown Wolvine clan, the other was Hiro Tatagemi of the Tategami clan. Both original shinobi of the Mist village. They had things they needed to say to this so called master.
"Come Hiro let us see what this women has done to our home."
"Karite, if she is as strong as they all say you know we have no strength or skill that compares." Hiro said his cat like eyes peering out of his hood.
Karite returned the stare with his distant cold blue wolf eyes staring into the village. "We only fight if needed, she will leave and I will do my best to take care of this village afterwards."
Hiro could not wait he needed blood now. He unlocked the stage of his clan and began to roar out in a loud voice like a beast. "Water Mistress come out and show yourself true Blood Mist Shinobi want a word with you!"

[Nooooooooooo.... I was hoping to put off doing skills and jutsu for Mistress for a long, long while.. XD Ah well, time to do them..]
How convenient that Mistress was just heading to the village centre to begin the purifying. Rolling her eyes at the uncouthness of her opponents it seemed she made her way to them.
"Haru, stay back," she said simply as she approached them. She would deal with this alone.
"What can I do for you 'Blood Mist Shinobi'?" she asked sardonically. "And I hope you haven't left the village without permission..."

Ryoku's ear perked up as he heard a familiar voice. He stood up, nearly knocking over his tea. His old teammate really wouldn't try to take on Mistress, would he? Also,there was another voice that Ryoku was sure he'd heard before. Summoning Shade to follow him, Ryoku leaned against the doorway of the restaurant. Right in front of him was Mistress, one of the Masters. He crossed his arms, his hood over his head now, hiding his face.
"Hiro...what a surprise. Mistress, correct? I wouldn't suggest toying with the two too much."
Shade began to growl, but Ryoku set a hand over the wolf's head. He wanted to watch how much Hiro had improved since he last saw him.

Without warning, and almost out of nowhere, a little boy ran up to Mistress. He appeared to be around 8 years old, with medium length black hair, and over-sized clothing. He tugged on her pants/skirt (?), trying to get her attention.
"Mistress, I made it here!" he said, and then looked at the person before them. "Whos that, Mistress?"
His eyes shone a bright crackling yellow, dangerous and evil.

Karite stepped in front of Hiro and removed his hood showing his icy blue eyes even more. "Mistress I am Karite Kokyuu Anbu of the Mist and friend of the now lost Mizukage Seiko, I have returned to Iwa to free my friends, but it seems that would be of no use. I want to rebuild my village and purge you of it as soon as possible. If it means working with you for the mean while so be it, but it does not mean I will like it. I know when I am beaten and there is no need to start a fight I can not walk away from for no reason." Karite said tying his headband back around his right arm. looking her in the eyes ignoring the child on her leg.
Hiro stepped forward close extended teethed bared and full fury showing. "I am Hiro Tategami of the resurrected Tategami clan and I am her as a favor to my lost sensei Seiko. I want to complete my genin training and become a chunin to help my village as well. What that means to you I could care less. I just want my home back. I will not lose another like I lost Iwa." Hiro said firmly with Karite holding him by the collar.
"Hiro gain control, a Shinobi shows no emotion, Shinobi Teaching 279. I have drilled them into your head now use them." Karite said forcefully at the boy.
Hiro released the stages and placed his hands back in his sleeves and all that was left were his glowing cat like eyes. "I apologize Karite, I don't know what came over me." Hiro was now the leader of a clan and he knew only one other member a Grass-nin by the name of Rei, it was odd and frustrating at times but he would get over it. Now he just had to become stronger in the ways of the Tategami.

[Incidentally, another Tategami is joining! If you didn't know. RhikoDemson! Although he is like, a genjutsu Tategami.. o_o]
It seemed that wherever she went a crowd followed her. It was quite annoying, to say the least, but things had to be done. Still, she couldn't help sighing at the arrogance of the three men standing before her.
"I'm too old for games, little boy. And unlike that hoody man over there, you're nowhere near skilled enough to use that tone of impudence with me," she said sweetly to the kid with the wolfy; a dismissive hand gesture was made at him but she didn't look at him. "Haru, deal with him please."
The two men still hadn't spoken yet, well it looked like they were about to now, now that she was finished and all, but Denkou interrupted any potential thing they were going to say because if there was one person that Mistress cared about it was Denkou.
"Denkou-chan!" she said in a totally 180-ly different tone from just now. Just now she had spoken sarcastically and coldly but now her voice was filled with, while not total warmth at least some and there was also an element of concern. "I've missed you so much! Where have you been? Oh, and these are just some people I need to take care of. And that man over there is Haru, our knight." Somehow Haru was now also a subject of Denkou. Oh well. She pet his head absently and then turned to the two Bloody Mist people as they finally decided to speak.
When they had finished Mistress' face was emotionless and she stared back at Karite without yielding. "We will be glad to have you, Tategami," she said but still she was keeping her eyes on Karite. "But, as you said, you don't care. Ah well. I'll still find you a sensei. And as for you Karite, you might want to rethink that... but all the same, we'll have you," she ended. And suddenly she giggled. "Just look at you two. You are acting so seriously. I won't hurt you... yet." Her blue eyes turned cold and icy enough to rival Karite's as she smirked at them. Then her features relaxed again.
"Well, off to my office. Again. Well, Denkou, at least I can give you some of your favourite treats from Kiri when we get there! You'll love them!" she said affectionately to the little boy as they walked.

When Mistress commanded Haru to take care of the situation he stepped in front of Mistress and then walked 10 feet forward toward the boy and his mutt. He grabbed his sword from his back and raised his other hand to his chest in the form of a hand sign. -BOOM- He disappeared from all sights except Mistress and the small child that she held. Haru had Shunshin'd right behind the his enemy and struck down and then straight across. Chances were that if the boy was unable to dodge then he would be sliced in half.

Karite and Hiro both Shunished over to Ryoku an old teammate of Hiros and unleashed there Katanas trying their best to stop the blow from coming. "I dont really think that is necessary." Karite said
