Talk to her. Be respectful. Listen to her and what she has to say.
Remember to smile while you're around her. Happiness can make a relationship better.

If he doesn't talk to you, it could mean one of two things:
He doesn't like you. or two:
he thinks he too cool for you.
But...he might be a shy guy and doesn't like to talk to girls. That's how I am.

Try talking to him or getting to know what he actually is like by observing him. Not every guy is going to jump up and down when you come over. Guys are as varied as girls you should try to figure him out a bit before you approach him.
