Okay, people. I need some help here (other than mental xd )
For the past week or so, I've felt pretty crappy. I can't meditate, or even concentrate like I want to. I've felt tired, achy, and weird and worn out. I can just TELL it's not a physical illness, and I've already ruled out stress, depression, insomnia, amnesia, etc.
Does anyone have a SIMPLE remedy for my 'spirit flu'?
Or can you make one? I feel icky xp

Are you familiar with Reiki? I would suggest giving that a try.

Sounds like your burned out, it happens after you run out of energy. Just rest as much as posible and it should pass in a week or so.

The FLCL Guy Sounds like your burned out, it happens after you run out of energy. Just rest as much as posible and it should pass in a week or so. Yup, I second this. Happens to me a LOT. If there is a certain place that makes you feel more spiritually connected, I'd suggest hanging out there for a while. I few hours a night stargazing will energize me like no other. Also, if you drink tea, certain teas and even essential oil smells can help re-energize you. heart

You could try Astral Lunesta...no...didn't think so.
Just get enough sleep at night. Sleep during the day too. If you are in High School, American Studies is perfect for nappy time.

I have two opposite suggestions. Go with your gut to which one seems more likely to help.
I have actually found that if I have been practicing too much or didn't ground after a good session, I get what I like to call a Psychic Hangover. It's all the loverly goodness of a regular hangover without a single sip of alcohol! Dizziness, nausea, soreness, general lack of energy or even the ability to renew or maintain any energy you get...that's it.
I go two different routes. One, I suck it up, drink water (as flavored liquids make me even more queasy unless it's Sprite), a multi-vitamin but then I slowly work my way up to eating something that will kind of anchor you back down, meat, proteins, whole wheat grains...chocolate! Top it off with no, I mean, NO psychic or energy work and go to bed early. Voila, you'll wake up feeling better. This takes a few consistent days though.
The other route is more aschetic but sometimes faster, same day, results. Early that day I eat very lightly, veggies, some fruits, and again drink lots of water or non-caffeinated stuff. Then I excercise. Sometimes I feel too crappy to do anything but a few Sun Salutations while if I can get off the couch and make it to the gym or outside to do some powerwalking, it works wonders! You'll be exhausted but for some reason chakras and general energy balances out this way. Don't crash right after, drink some more liquids, cool down and stretch. Again, take some time away from anything heavier than simple meditation, take a shower, with a final rinse to symbolically clean more than your skin and head to bed. If you didn't feel immediately better during the excercise you will notice it (ok, so you may be sore! sweatdrop ) the next day.
These are just the things I end up doing. I hope you feel better!
