I had heard last year that Taker was supposed to be retiring shortly after wrestlmania this year but I'm not sure if that is still the plan. If he does retire (though I will hate to see him go) he should go out on top. He's earned it.

He'll go when he's good and ready, it looks like they want him to leave after he's been beaten at WM, but I'd rather just have a grand match at some other PPV so the guy has his legacy still intact when he goes. It'll definately be a big deal when it eventually happens.

The best way for him to retire would be in a match at WM...but I dunno against who.. confused
Maybe a streak VS streak...The Undertaker VS Edge...that sounds good.. razz

I'm not trying to say he will retire soon,but it might happen. And since they probably won't just stop talking about him and let him fade into the past,I was wondering how the forum posters thought he should go.
I propose a new match: A "Rest in Peace" match,where the loser is buried alive...Except he stays there forever (kayfabe). Then,it'd be like The Undertaker is finally put to rest...
Or he could just retire and take the belt with him.

Yeah, they'll probably do the Rest in Peace thing. But he isn't retiring any time soon. It's known that Vince offered him his first long-term title reign. I'm sure he's not about to turn that down.

Yeah,but our man Taker is still getting up there in years. He won't retire in the near future,but probably in the next two-five years.
But,I think it will be absolutely epic,however they do it. And they need to make it so that Taker is never able to return in any way,shape,or form....

Seriously its hard to guess how his career will end. I would almost like to see him take some new guy under his wing and "corrupt him", or kinda appear from time to time just to mess with people. However it does happen, it can't ever be perfect.
