Welcome to the original birthplace of Savit'Taren This journal is maintained by BlackFireKitsune Height: 16h Savit'Taren's Stats Skill level: 38Power: 7 pts Strength: 15 pts Intelligence: 7 pts Wisdom: 12 pts Courage: 13 pts Luck: 7 pts Speed: 14 pts Agility: 10 pts Adaptability: 13 pts Stamina: 5 pts
Personality: Savit is very curteous to all members of her herd. She respects every member of the herd, especially the teachers and tactitions, and doesn't believe in looking down upon them just because their ranks may be lower. She is very patient, especially with her children, who she loves dearly. She trusts them both completely, as well as a certain few other herd members. It isn't hard to befriend her, for herd members that is. She's weary of non-herd members, but she shows them respect and will be polite to them. However, if angered, she has an entire army under her command, so it would be very unwise to anger her or her family.
Location: She stays in the mountains of Fyhi tel Oren with her herd, and rarely ventures out of it. Her occasional excursions take her to Ryuten, if she needs jewelry polished or a tapestry mended; and also to Shrilal, to visit her tree and those of her two children, Ka and Yi. She'll also trek to other regions of Urin for diplomatic reasons, as well, along with a few other herd members.
Savit'Taren's Tree is located in the Eastern Quadrant

Descriptions
Tree: The tree is like the mare that was born from it; though it is a bit older than most, it does not look as such. Instead of being one of the sprightly little trees that make up the outskirts of Shrilal, it resides further inward. The bark is a pretty tan, like Savit's coat, and it sports the same brindled pattern she does. The leaves are a very light tan color, but when the sun shines off them they glow snow white. There are a great many leaves on her tree, large and soft; they do not fall during winter, but fall only when pushed by the new buds beneath them. The branches, like the tree, bend naturally due to the weight of their leaves. They have not been bent by wind or anything else. Among the branches are strings of seashells, pebbles, and turquoise jewelry. Either the humans came to this tree to decorate it themselves, or someone made them. Either way, the decorations accentuate the beauty of the tree without overpowering it. Some decorations lay on the ground around the trunk, but either placed there or because they fell off the tree, no one knows. Her tree stands forever straight, tall, and proud.
Lineage: Sire: Deceased Dam: Deceased Mate: Mavasu, the Patriarch Lover: Mordre, the Illusionist, though only three beings including herself know the secret Son: Prince Ka Daughter: Heiress and Princess Yi Note: As soon as her illegitimate fruits (with Mordre) hatch, she will have four more children added to his list.
Physical: Eyes: Green with hazel insides Mane/Tail: Long, curly, and a beautiful tan, just a tad darker than her coat Color: Brindled claybank Markings: Pure white tear markings below her eyes, like all of their herd, and a distinguishing arrangement of pure white marks on her hind, which is said to be a mark of the goddess Jala herself Hooves: Light gray Necklaces: A string of turquoise beads hangs loosely around her neck, with a pure white seashell in the front. A second necklace, made of pure silver, took a very long time for the humans to forge. The front is broad and thick, but towards the back it tapers to a thin but strong strand of silver, with the ends of it tied tightly together at the back, hidden by her long mane. Bracelets: On her left foreleg, seeming to be the only piece of jewelry that will never come off, is her thick, broad bracelet of pure gold that sits comfortably between her knee and fetlock. It took longer than her necklace of silver to make, and caused many humans to receive burns. Even Savit knows not how they managed to get it on, she was too busy conversing with her escorts to pay attention to the humans. Directly below that is a string of turquoise beads, atop a string of copper-colored beads. On her right foreleg sits a string of turquoise beads, with a bead of pure gold attached at the side. On her right hindleg sits a string of light orange colored beads. Three strings of lime-colored beads are strung into her wings. How they stay and how the humans secured them there, she knows not, but they haven't fallen off. Tapestry: A dark blue border surrounds a rectangle of bright orange, with a dark orange design sitting in the middle of the orange. Dark blue tassles hang off the edges of the tapestry. It rests on her back, but how it stays on even during flight, she knows not.

Meetings
A Midday Siesta - I thought I was alone for a while so I could take a little time to myself, but apparently I wasn't as alone as I thought. Mavasu sought me out to talk to me, then went right on with his duties. Typical.
Journeys End - TBC
Red Alert - I suddenly found myself thrust into the depths of the guards, sent to protect me, as a Jala-ess had entered our lands and Mordre had sent up emergency lights to show her as dangerous. I escaped the guards and met with this horned Jala, and our conversation was quite interesting.
Gossip Heaven - TBC

Relationships
The Beloved These nequus have proved themselves in my eyes somehow. These are my close family, friends, etc., and anyone else who I feel deserves such a status.
Mordre - Along with being my lover, he is a master of illusions. We are not bound except by passion, and he tells me many stories and paints the illustrations himself. His Illusion powers are profound, though he is quite modest about them. I wish I could spend more time with him, but he can only visit me occasionally in my private cavern, which is a pity.
Ka - to be filled in later
Yi - to be filled in later
The Neutral These nequus I have met, though I don't know what to make of them quite yet or they have no place in any other category.
Mavasu - A ruthless, merciless warrior in battle, though he isn't very good at planning, so I leave that up to the tactitions. He is technically my mate, I am bound to him, though I don't love him. He treats anyone who isn't royal like mud, and he treats any other breed like scum.
Storm - to be filled in later
The Loathsome These nequus deserve to be hated for one reason or another.

A Midday Siesta Today started out well, but then I heard of a group of Bae that decided to move into the outer portions of our lands and insisted on living there. I hate dealing with such petty cases, as they happen quite often, so I decided to leave Mavasu to handle it. I was just thinking about talking to him about it when he showed up suddenly, luckily. At least I didn't have to go looking for him, which was good.
He seemed quite happy to be assigned a mission, he's always so eager to please me, it seems. Makes me laugh sometimes, but I'm in truth glad to be on his good side. Sometimes I think I'm the only one... At least our children are, as well, though I sometimes wonder...
Anyway, directly after I told him about the foreigners, he turned and left to take matters into his own hooves, which is quite typical of him. If he wasn't so hostile, if he wasn't so impersonal, he might've made a good mate, but he's not. Even though we're bound as mates, he feels as far as any other ordinary herd member. At least I have someone who does care about how I feel...

Red Alert Today started out rather well. The herd was at peace, nothing was amiss when I was performing my rounds, even Yi and Ka weren't arguing. Then... Little red lights started appearing in specific locations. I was immediately sought out by certain guards who shunted me into a safe cavern nearby to wait and see what was happening.
I didn't know who Mordre saw, but whoever it was he seemed to think they were dangerous. He wouldn't have sent up his lights if he didn't think so. I was to wait in the cave until it was safer for me, though it was irritating. I managed to learn from the guards talking that a golden Jala-ess with an Ichsa horn had penetrated our lands and was headed further in. I was surprised she wasn't attacked on the spot, but then again, Mordre isn't one to attack and kill on sight.
I was pacing about the cave, trying to think of what she could want, when a strange voice entered my head. I don't know why, or how, but she had contacted me through thoughts rather than spoken words. It was odd, but we agreed to meet elsewhere, where there were no guards and we wouldn't be overheard.
She told me of a Reya herd who poses a threat to the Katilenuck. We made an agreement, and I need to schedule a meeting between her, Mordre, Mavasu, and myself, maybe a couple tactitions. It needs to be done as soon as possible.
