Its not your fault. Its getting members... apart from that the guild is great. people just seem to be uninterested in a lot of places right now... my guilds are down too....

Don't put yourself down like that. I get popped in the back of the head when I say that kind of thing. Anyway, I'm sure it'll get better. Patience is required when making a guild and I'm sure it'll get better.
