Ok, this thread is for anyone who doesn't have the luxuary of watching the 3rd series yet. *cries on your shoulder*... ahem. So... just some agonizing and complaining, release dates, rumours and theories and some speculation as to what we think is going to happen (or rather is happening, but we aren't seeing it) in the third series!
EDIT: as time passes and the release dates for series 3 in other countries come out, I'll put them here. Any information regarding this would be helpful 3nodding
AMERICA: 9:00pm on Friday 6th July 2007, Sci-fi channel
AUSTRALIA: 8.30pm on Thursday 28 June, with the series beginning in its regular slot of 7.30pm from Saturday 30 June on ABC.
CANADA: Monday June 18th, at 8pm, CBC

Well, although CBC still hasn't made an offical announcement about the third season of Doctor Who, I'm going to assume they will be showing it after the hockey playoffs are finished (yet another reason why I don't like hockey!). I'm just happy that it's not October this year. I also heard a rumour that Torchwood might be starting in September on CBC, but nothing confirmed yet.

I'm gonna assume that I'm getting it in September, since Sci-Fi is having an 8 hour series 2 marathon in May...
Plus we got the Christmas special nearer December...so maybe even longer?!? sweatdrop stare

That's how I found out who died in Harry Potter & the Order of the Phoenix. :X It was a good year before I finally bothered to actually read the book after that, I was so hacked off!

After all, in New Earth, it's said that the Face of Boe is dying, and Boe himself says that he will see him again, "for the third time; for the last time."So it's got to be important. Boe is basically the oldest thing around other than the Doctor.. I want it to be "You are not alone" though..that would be sweet.... 3nodding
