It doesn't show Victory Dragon..someone explain the effect....it makes no sense and seems pointless....

Actually it does show [Victory Dragon]..
If you are looking for a card, dont click on the pack on the left..

VictoryDragon (Dark)
Lv.8 [Dragon/ Effect]
This card cannot be Special Summoned. To Tribute Summon this card, you must Tribute 3 Dragon-Type monsters. If this card attacks your opponent directly and reduces their Life Points to 0, you win the Match.
ATK: 2400 / DEF: 3000

The reason why they banned this card is becuase this is the only card that was allow you to add in your deck with a auto Match-winning effect. In a Tournament, usually you have to win in a best of 2 out of 3. But with Victory Dragon, attack and you don't have to duel the other 2. Talk about easy win..

• "Necrovalley" will NOT negate effects that are activated when a card is sent TO the Graveyard or that activate IN the Graveyard or that count cards in the Graveyard. So it will NOT negate the effects of "Sangan", "Witch of the Black Forest", "Black Pendant", "Giant Rat", "Mystic Tomato", "Kuriboh", "Graceful Charity", "Sinister Serpent", "Marie the Fallen One", "Buster Blader", "Shadow Ghoul", "Helpoemer", "Sword of Deep-Seated", "Vampire Lord", "Coffin Seller", and "Magical Thorn".

I'm looking for one of two effects but I don't know if they even exist in a card. I need an effect that will do damage either every time I sacrifice my monster or when I bring a monster from the grave using it's own effect.
Does one of those exist and if so what is it called?
