Attributes are difficult. You could find yourself going back and forth on using pro-water cards to pro-fire cards, or vica versa (ex: Legendary Ocean to Molten Destruction). Experiment with other people to find if maybe having more fire cards is better than having more water cards, etc.

i wouldn't make a water & fire deck combined since water and fire are complete opposites. if u have a fire deck for best results add cards that do damage to your opponent along with decent monster cards. water deck is something i wouldn't personally build i just don't care for water cards.

there is a card in i think tactical evolution that is for both water and fire its decks called frost flame dragon you need to remove 2 water and 1 fire monsters here is the card one thing its still in japanese
