'yappari' has many meanings it could mean: also/as I thought/still/in spite of/absolutely/of course. It's really based on the context.
'yoroshiku' means: well/properly/suitably/best regards/please remember me. It is often followed by 'onegaishimasu' which if combined with 'yoroshiku' it will form 'yoroshikuonegaishimasu' which means: please remember me/please help me/please treat me well.
