Is there any way I can turn an object in Photoshop (or ImageReady or Paint, I have them too) diagonally? I only know how to turn Horizontally, Vertically, and 90degrees...
Take a Look

Try using Arbitrary. The only problem you'll have with the Arbitrary is for some reason it makes the outline blurry. So you'll have to go back and fix out the lines.
See? I have no idea why it does that, but if you have the patient, you can go back and fix it I guess xD
Arbitrary tells you what angle you want when you press it. I just put 45 and kept doing that till I got there. I hope this helps though. I'll have to mess around with photoshop to find a cleaner way to flip it.

It's easier than that, actually. You select the object (if it's on its own layer you don't need to do that, even), and go Edit>Free Transform (or just press ctrl+T), then you can click the corners and rotate it by dragging.
Still blurs the outline, though.

The rotating it doesn't annoy me, it's that I have to color the whole thing over. gonk

Oh, well, I'm afraid there's no shortcut there. Sorry.
