:[ Name ]: Criofan O'Kane :[ Gender ]: Male :[ Generation ]: One :[ Owner ]: Seiana_ZI :[ Personality ]: Criofan O'Kane is a leprechaun through and through. There is no denying his mischievous nature. He can snatch people's things or trick them out of things with hardly any effort at all, despite being young. It must be the perfect puppy dog eyes he gives, or the simple fact of his eternal luck. Criofan has already avoided the most painful injuries by simply moving to the right place at exactly the right time. Unlike his sister Aysu, Criofan enjoys causing chaos and even a bit of destruction, as long as he, the embodiment of Irish luck, is always left out of it. So far, he luckily has. :[ Likes ]: He likes gold, sparkling objects, squirming out of sticky situations, his eternal luck, snatching his sisters' stuff, snatching said stuff without being noticed, being a mischievous little leprechaun, and the sparkling water of his mother's swimming pool. :[ Dislikes ]: He dislikes being caught in action, dull objects, the darkness, the fall season, Valentine's Day, the color black, giving his sisters' stuff back to his sisters, and bitter foods. :[ Weapons ]: Pae'il (c) Antidia

JOURNAL Seiana o4.o6.o7
Quote: I never thought life was capable of getting so crazy in the span of a few months. First, I have this plushie that some how turned itself into a now-child, then-toddler Esmée. Next, I find this awesome-looking pearl thing on the beach that I learn is a naiad, and hatched into my now toddler Aysu.
And then, just when I thought it couldn't get any crazier, this little boy was left on my porch. Of course, I pitied it so I took it in, but how did I go from having no children under my watchful eye to three?!
Nevertheless, Criofan, as he has been dubbed, is an interesting creature. He manages to squirm out of trouble like no baby I've ever seen before. Whether he's giving the pouty lip or quickly edging away from falling glass, I have never seen a baby escape so quickly. How?! I wish I could have escaped that well at his age...
Aysu and Esmée seem to be taking well to the new addition, thank stars. I just have to remind Aysu that Criofan can't swim yet and shouldn't be pulled into a pool...

JOURNAL Seiana o5.14.o7
Quote: Criofan's grown up! So did Aysu, and she's beautiful. Really, I'm in awe of her. I suppose it must be part of being part of such an ancient race. She also got rewarded a sort of necklace. It must have been from the Pae'il guardians, as she can walk on land now as well as swim.
Criofan's coming into his own as well. He's a very shiny pae, for certain. He almost hurts my eyes when were outside because of the way the light hits the little mischievous leprechaun. He's a handsome thing, though. I get the feeling he might end up being one of those heartthrobs when he gets older, if only for his odd knack of getting out of trouble.
Really, no one can escape like him. Esmée? She tries. Aysu? She's too awkward on her feet to really escape quickly. Criofan, though, flies like no other! He's managed to avoid being hit by a dictionary, the spray of a skunk, falling off a table, nails on the floor when they were scattered all over... And he seems to easily take things from his sisters. That's probably why they haven't noticed...
Kids.

DEVIOUS LITTLE FAE! Oh no, Criofan was let loose in the Headquarters... Here.Seiana_ZI Before trying to figure out where his sisters could have possibly went, Seiana dropped off Criofan O'Kane at the Pae'il Headquarters. There, he was certain to be safe while she searched the house and whatever other place she thought of. Naturally, the little fae boy did not mind.
No, he had better things to worry about. Like his shinies.
"Ooh..." Criofan's golden wings fluttered as he crawled into the kitchen. There were so many shiny things in there! There was a shiny handle, and shiny forks and spoons, and shiny plates... Needless to say, the fae was in his glory. The little leprechaun liked shiny things a bit too much, but made up for his attachment to such greedy tendencies by being ridiculously lucky.
The toddler crawled over to the cupboards and sat in front of them. How did one little boy go about opening a cupboard? Simple. He latched onto the handle with the death grip and pulled on it, seemingly trying to yank the handle off instead of open up the cupboard. ...Well, that was what he was trying to do. "My shiny!!" Torvil Polgara had made her way into the kitchen, she didn't see the small Fae tot at first, her mind entirely focused on her speech and the writing of it, well that, and taking a break to bake some more cookies, she'd found that durning this time, she'd gained quite the sweet tooth, and the cookies helped fight the cravings.
Regardless, she almost tripped over the toddler, who by the looks of things, was trying to pry off the handle to one of the lower cubbards.
"Well hello," Polgara said, kneeling down, pushing her dress so it draped around her knees properly. "What are you doing in here?" Seiana_ZI "Shiny!" The simple one-word response was all the elder was going to get as the toddler yanked harder on the handle. The leprechaun toddler also came with a trait commonly referred to as "One-Track Mind." Though it may have just been a trait of toddlers in general, Criofan seemed especially determined to get what he wanted.
Such missions did not always end positively, however. Criofan yanked on the handle with all of his toddler muscle and strength. Eventually, something had to give, and that was the door. The door flew open, and the little fae boy flew back from the force and fell on his back.
Most babies would begin to wail, but Criofan didn't. He glared at the door, before sitting up and crawling back towards the door. He'd get that shiny if it was the last thing he ever did! Torvil Okay, this was not going to end well for the toddler, or the cabient door, so Polgara decided to intercede. Reaching down she scooped the toddler up, picking him up and standing up. "Shiny huh?" She smiled, bouncing the boy up and down quickly so that she could limit fussing.
"Is that what you want?" Seiana_ZI Perhaps falling over had not made him wail, but the elder had done enough to make him wail. After being prevented from reaching back down to the handle, he began to throw a fit at the top of his lungs, flailing and attempting to squirm out of the elder's grasp.
Admist his screeching, the fae toddler whined, "Down! Down!" Not knowing many words yet, Criofan could only insist that the woman let him down. He needed to get his shiny, and no person was going to stop him until he did, not even this lady! Torvil Polgara sighed and shook her head. Obviously this child was devoted to getting something shiny to play with. Holding out her free hand she focused a little bit more than usual. "Keys," She said, and summoned into that hand a set of very bright and shiny keys. She held them in front of the toddler, jingling them a little bit.
"Looky, Shiny!" Seiana_ZI The jangling of the bright, shiny keys was enough to make him stop wailing momentarily. Without a word, the toddler swiped them out of her hand and stuck them in his diaper. Then, once again, he began to screech at the top of his lungs, pleading to be put down so he could attempt at yanking the handle off again. He really wanted that shiny cupboard handle, and nothing the lady was about to give him would stop him. Torvil Polgara sighed, and placed the child down again next to the cabinet door. "Well, what is it you want little one?" She asked, crouching down again. "I'm not really sure what's shiny down here," She chuckled.
In all honesty, she'd never really paid that much attention to the cubbard handles, so she really didn't know that they were so well polished. Seiana_ZI Happy to be set down, the toddler returned to his mission and immediately quit his wailing. Within moments, his hands had wrapped around the handle again, and he resumed trying to yank it off. This time, he had realized that he needed to press his feet against the door to keep it from flying open, and so, he did. His sparkling hands were beginning to turn white, though, as he grasped onto the handle tighter and tighter.
"Get shiny off!," declared the toddler, detailing his mission in just a few simple words. All he wanted was that darn handle! Torvil Polgara chuckled and gently brushed the toddlers hands away, reaching up to one of the drawers above the cabinet, pulling down a screwdriver. Her hand then took hold of the handle, the other moved the screwdriver around to the back, allowing her to take the handle off.
"Is this what you want?" She asked, holding it above the boy's head. Seiana_ZI Though he was a bit annoyed at being yanked away, the fae boy quickly calmed when he saw the lady getting out a screwdriver. Perhaps that pointy tip could get the handle off, and indeed, it did. He squealed in delight, reaching out for it. Unfortunately, his plans were thwarted when the lady took the handle herself and held it over his head.
He began to bounce up and down in his location, attempting to reach the handle with his arms held high. "Mine, mine!" She had gotten the handle off, but now she was going to hang it over his head? What a mean lady! Torvil "What do we say when we want something?" Polgara asked the toddler, her face taking on that stern mother look. "Mine, mine, is not polite, if you want this, you're going to have to be polite..."
She kept an eye on the child, trying to hide her smile, children this age were adorable. Seiana_ZI What was she talking about? The little boy knit his brows in confusion, wishing he knew what 'word,' whatever that was, she was talking about. Even if he did know how to say it, he was too young to pronounce the word properly. Instead, he asked, "Now?," and gave her the classic pouty lips that were already infamous for getting him out of any trouble. Torvil Polgara's heart softened, but she knew how that face worked, still holding it up high she smiled softly. "Say please, I know you can say it, say please and you can have it..."
She would be impressed if he managed to say it, but all she wanted was an effort. Seiana_ZI What was that supposed to mean? Though, if it would get him the shiny handle, he was willing to say it. He thought carefully about the word, trying to decipher how to say it, before coming up with the word, "Peezy." Well, at least it started with a P. Personally satisfied with his effort, the little leprechaun reached up for the handle which was hanging above his head so temptingly. Torvil Polgara smiled and let her hand drop down, allowing the boy to snatch the handle from her hand. "There you go, that's good," She smiled, patting the boy's head. "So, do you have a name little one?"
She just wanted to scoop the boy up and cuddle him! He was sooo cute! Seiana_ZI Victory was, at last, Criofan's! The shiny fae Pae'il snatched the handle and grasped its shiny parts tightly. It was finally his! This was a nice lady. She had assisted him in his exploits and had given him shiny keys! He bounced up and down in his spot, wondering if he could get the lady to help him in other exploits as well. Maybe he could get the shiny forks and spoons from on the counter...
When being asked his name, he announced, "I Criofan O'Kane! You be?" For being such a devious little thing, he put on an awfully adorable act. Torvil Polgara smiled. "I'm Polgara," holding out her hand to him she chuckled. "It's good to meet you," She reached out with her other hand, ruffling the little boy's head again.
"So what are you up to Criofan?" Seiana_ZI The fae took her hand to the best of his ability and shook it. "Polli-gar-ra?" He attempted once. Then, he shook his head. It did not sound the same. "Polgara!" That time, he got the name correct. Happily, he shook her hand once again. That hand, afterwards, went straight into his diaper to fetch the keys. Now he had two shinies from the Headquarters: some shiny keys and a shiny handle.
What was he doing? Well, that was a pretty obvious answer. "I get shinies. Shinies nice." Criofan nodded. Torvil Polgara smiled, "Well isnt that something?" She chuckled, and then scooped the child up and stood once more, bringining him up level with the counter. "What kinda shinies are you looking for?" She grinned, looking around the room. Some of this she really couldn't let him take... Seiana_ZI The counter! The toddler transferred all of his shinies to one hand before leaning forward in an attempt to grab the forks and spoons laying on it. He wanted the shiny forks and spoons! They were shiny, after all, and Criofan adored shiny things. "Forks! Spoons! Want, want!" Perhaps he could get this Polgara to get him all the shinies he wanted... Torvil Polgara smiled, those she could let him take, since they seemed to be replaced almost dayly, Sol and Hi tended to lose the things anyway, lazy bums!
Chuckling she reached down and picked a handful up. "You want these?" She smiled, shaking them a little in front of Criofan. Seiana_ZI "Uh-huh, I want! Peezy, peezy!" He had learned quickly that, by telling this lady 'peezy,' she would give him the items he wanted. Therefore, he exclaimed the odd word, and reached for the forks and spoons with his free hand. She had made the leprechaun hoarder of shinies a very happy little toddler. Torvil Polgara laughed and handed them over. "Well since you're being so polite, how can I say no?" She chuckled and once the forks and spoons where out of her hands she gently stroked the toddler's head. This was firing up her maternal instinct bad, which was making her want another child...
But she would have to wait a long time for that, maybe never? Seiana_ZI Now the little boy was in his happy place. He had lots of shinies! Criofan began to play with them, clinking one shiny against another to hear the sounds it made, or putting them up to the light to see if they sparkled like he did. Polgara had figured out a way to tame the devious little leprechaun fae... for the moment, anyway. Torvil Polgara smiled and walked out of the kitchen, slowly of course, so as to not alert him that they were moving. Once she reached the living room, she sat down on the couch, and continued to brush the boy's head. She was suddenly very nostalgic for her own days as a mother, and she was getting a moment to relive them now with the toddler.
Though, her kids had been a lot less shiny obsessed. Seiana_ZI The woman was very comforting, too. Devious little leprechaun Pae'il grew tired after obtaining all of the shinies they wanted. He yawned, gathering his new shinies close and wrapping his arms around them as if they were one of his stuffed animals.
Criofan curled close to the warm woman. "You warm. Not shiny." Torvil Polgara chuckled, "I would hope so Criofan, I would hope so..." She said softly, brushing his head gently as he curled up close to her. It made her feel like a mother again, and in truth, she liked this feeling.
Sighing contently, she closed her eyes, taking this time to bask in the nostalgia of days long past. Seiana_ZI When she closed her eyes, the little boy decided that it would not hurt to close his. Therefore, he did. The toddler fae fell asleep, curled up in her arms. Within a few minutes, he was quietly snoring. Torvil Polgara chuckled softly to herself, feeling as much as hearing the child sleeping against her. It had not been her intent, but she figured it was as good an outcome as any of the other possible ones. Allowing herself to relax, she also figured that a small nap wouldn't cause her any harm.
So she let herself drift in an out of sleep, listening for motion. Seiana_ZI Criofan did not awake, and he continued to remain asleep even when his caretaker returned. She slipped into the room, chuckling to find Criofan curled up to this elder. "Well, will you look at that. She puts him to sleep better than I can." At least he was asleep, though, even if he had managed to collect a few too many 'shinies.' She'd find some place to put them... Torvil Pol opened an eye, then the other, and smiled. "Hello," She said softly, bowing her head a bit. She wasn't sure who this person was, and was a little groggy having woken at hearing someone moving around the room. She did not release the child just yet, she just wanted to make sure this person was well... safe. Seiana_ZI She chuckled, walking a bit closer to the elder. "Thank you for taking care of Criofan while I was gone." Well, the woman knew the child's name and certainly seemed safe enough. "Did he cause you too much trouble? He enjoys snatching objects from people, so you might want to make sure he didn't take anything of yours." Torvil Carefully standing in that way that only a mother knew, Polgara managed to gain her feet without jostling Criofan too much. "Oh no, he was a perfect angel, a complete and utter dear once I figured out what he wanted..." She smiled and bowed her head. "I wasn't a problem at all, in fact... If you would like to drop him by here more often... That would be wonderful..." Seiana_ZI "Wow." She couldn't help her chuckles. "He's usually quite the problem. I just might have to take you up on that offer, seeing how you've managed to get him to quiet himself... for once." The elder must have made an amazing mother, considering. ...Well, it was either that or she simply had a lot of children.
Either way, it didn't matter. Perhaps Seiana had found the perfect babysitter. This one seemed to be able to handle Criofan a bit better than she could... Torvil Polgara bowed her head a bit, before slowly holding the child out to Seiana. "Please do, I would love to watch over him again..."
Once she'd managed to get the child out of her arms, he held out her hand and spoke a singel word.
"Gem,"
A small polished gemstone appeared in her hand, she handed it off to Seiana. "Please give that to him when he wakes... and tell him Aunty Pol gave it to him as a gift," Seiana_ZI Seiana held onto the child, thankfully not dropping him and managing not to awake him from his peaceful slumber. Maybe she was actually doing this correctly, or maybe it just had to do with the fact that he was holding on so tightly to the shinies that he had obtained.
"A gemstone? For Criofan?" She took it, smiling. "Well, thank you, Pol. I am certain he will appreciate it." Seiana chuckled. "Especially considering all of the shinies he collects. He hasn't obtained a gem yet." Torvil Polgara smiled. "Well, I'm more than happy to help with his collection... and don't worry about any of the things he gets here, I will make sure it's nothing that can't be replaced," Bowing her head a bit, she felt a little sad to know that the child was going home, so soon... Well it felt soon to her, but then, Polgara was a bleeding heart like that. Seiana_ZI She chuckled. "Well, thank you, Pol. I'll bring him back soon, I promise." Seiana could use a break from hawking over the mischievous little one anyway, and Polgara here seemed to know how to control him. Plus, she gave him little gifts that he snuggled and fell asleep with, making her life plenty easier. "Have a good day, and thank you again." The caretaker bowed her head in thanks, before turning around and heading off with the sleeping leprechaun. Torvil Polgara bowed slightly, "You do as well, farewell!" Then she turned about and headed back over to the kitchen... She needed those cookies now more than EVER!

IRISH FUN Leprechaun, meet Mardi Gras. Here.Tartara Again Erylia had snuck out from the sights of her mother, crawling around aimlessly in HQ now. Her ma wouldn't let her do ANYTHING, where was the fun in that? No walking on counter tops, climbing ontop of refridgerators, no playing with the 'crab' as mom called it...nothing. Seiana_ZI Criofan O'Kane, Leprechaun Fae Extraordinaire, once again found himself at the headquarters. He had grown used to the location, and he hardly cared. After all, the place had a wild abundance of shinies. Wearing the gem Polgara had given him in a holder on a necklace, Criofan crawled through the headquarters, keeping his eyes out for something else that was shiny like him. Tartara Now...what to do? What to do...ever notice that when you didn't want something, it was there, but when you did, it wasn't in sight? Erylia pouted slightly, feeling the carpet press against her knees. Wait. She squinted up ahead. Shiny. She increased in speed. Shiny things were ALWAYS fun! Seiana_ZI Criofan had sat himself down on the ground to observe the gem that Polgara had gave him while he was asleep. It sparkled a lot in the light, like him. It wasn't golden though, but it was still shiny. Criofan loved his shinies. Without his shinies, he would simply not be Criofan O'Kane, Leprechaun Fae Extraordinaire. Because shinies caught his eye so well, he didn't notice the Mardi Gras Pae'il charging towards him. Tartara Shiny thingy, shiny thingy, shiny THINGY! "Ewawao!" Was the only warning the bald toddler got before Erylia barreled into him in a fit of giggles. Her logic was right! Shiny thingies were ALWAYS fun! Seiana_ZI "OOF!" The young boy fell to the ground underneath the toddler of Mardi Gras, glancing up to her in confusion. This thing wasn't shiny. Why had it tackled him? No matter. He poked 'it,' whatever the thing was above him. It was kind of funny looking, but it did have blonde hair--which Criofan recognized as golden. "You not shiny. But you ha' gold stuff on head. Good 'nuff." Tartara "Lia? Shiny?" She blinked, sitting up onto the little boy but not getting off. She tilted her head slightly at him, blinking innocently. "YOU shiny" Seiana_ZI The poor little boy was being sat on when both of them were about the same size. Nevertheless, he didn't complain. Instead, he reached out for her golden locks. "I shiny! You hairs gold." Well, her hair was more of a dusty blond, but it was blond enough for Criofan to declare it a shiny. Tartara She giggled, lightly patting his bald noggin in return. "mhmm! N you no hair. Funny shiny." The female crossed her legs right on his chest, unaware that it probably wasn't all that comfy for him. Ah well, SHE was comfortable and in her mind, thus he had to be. Seiana_ZI No, it was not at all comfortable for the poor young toddler. She was too heavy to be sitting on his belly, as they were the same size. Nevertheless, he kept his mouth shut and continued to reach for her hair. "Like be shiny. Shiny good! Me like shinies." Tartara "Mmm...shiny wan do fun?" She asked, already tiring of just sitting on him. She never liked to be still for too long. She wanted to go out, do things, see the world! Seiana_ZI "I Criofan." Apparently, though he liked shiny things, he did not want to be called by the name of shiny. "You 'Lia?" He heard her say that she was 'Lia' earlier, so he assumed that was what she called herself. "Fun sound fun." Tartara "Criofan?" She smiled then impishly, giggling. "I Ee-ray-lee-a." She first sounded out. "Erylia." And this was spoken in a disturbingly sultry voice she had once heard the grownups use on one another. The girl rolled off before looking around "wha fun..." Seiana_ZI "Erylia?," repeated Criofan, attempting to copy the sultry accent. It did not work very well, but he giggled about it anyway. Glad to have her off, he came to a sitting position and looked around the room with the Mardi Gras Pae'il. "Shiny things fun." Of course shiny things were fun. Criofan loved shiny things, and would be fine dedicating his young life to the search for shinies. Tartara She nodded impatiently, knowing this already. Suddenly something caught her attention and she brightened. Erylia pointed to the bookcase up ahead. Something silver and shiny up ontop. "Shiny!" Seiana_ZI The little leprechaun's eyes glistened when he saw the silver object on top of the bookshelf. It captured him and lured him in as Criofan decided to crawl a bit closer to the bookshelf. "It very shiny. Must be fun." He nodded in his own sort of determination, before realizing it was all the way up there. Hm... "How get?" Tartara She crawled on after him, looking at the bookshelf thoughtfully. "We climb." and just like that, the toddler started to hoist herself up onto a shelf. Seiana_ZI "Climb good." The little boy grabbed onto a shelf and yanked himself to a standing position, quite the challenge for the toddler who could not walk. He then shakily raised a foot and placed it on a shelf. Though he managed to get onto the first shelf, he had a very shaky standing on the bookshelf in general, which was rather dangerous--not that Criofan cared. Tartara Where she couldn't walk, Erylia was very good at climbing things. Climbing things, rolling on things, throwing things, breaking stuff...all in a days work for a Mardi Gras toddler! "Come!" She beckoned, already working on getting onto the third shelf. Seiana_ZI "I try!," exclaimed the little boy. As mischievous as he was, the boy had trouble climbing up the bookshelf. It took all of his shaky efforts to get up to the next shelf, nearly falling off in the process. Well, that wasn't too good... Nevertheless, he kept climbing. He wanted to get that shiny thing! Tartara She managed to get just four shelves away from the shiny thing before the entire thing started to quiver. She immediatly froze, panting like a dog. Climbing was hard! But she had to admit, this was pretty fun. Seiana_ZI Now the girl with golden hair, or Erylia as she called herself, was panting. The little boy, who continued to climb, tilted his head. She had seemed so enthusiastic! Criofan liked enthusiastic people, even if he had no idea what that meant. "Erylia no climb no more?" Tartara She shook her head. "Lia juff tired! Be otay!" The girl called down before slowly crawling onto the next shelf. "Caffel! Is shakey." She really didn't care about his saftey so much, she just wanted the shiny. But, she could at least give him fair warning. Seiana_ZI "I 'wares o' dat!" The toddler exclaimed, as he pushed himself up yet another shelf. There wasn't much more to go! Hopefully, he wouldn't fall off. Or, worse yet, hopefully Erylia didn't fall off, because otherwise she'd knock them both off. "I see shiny!" Tartara She saw it too, it just on the next shelf. She reached up with a little grunt and took ahold of it eek "Oooo...purd-" The bookshelf started leaning forwards, falling. Seiana_ZI "We fall, we fall!" Criofan exclaimed, catching on to what the shelf was doing. Still, he wanted that shiny thing! He reached out to grab it as the shelf continued to fall, not caring that he was about to be crushed by the bookshelf. He just wanted that pretty shiny thing. "Must grab shiny, 'Lia!" Tartara "Joomp!" She cried out, grabbing the shiny thing and throwing herself off of the bookshelf before it capsized. She had angled herself slightly to the right to land in a comfy chair nearby. That...was luck. Seiana_ZI Criofan was famous for getting himself out of trouble. Indeed, he leapt from the shelf, grabbing onto the nearby table and swinging underneath it. He then fell on his rear, but it did not hurt him at all. Instead, he got up like nothing had happened and looked for Erylia. "You got shiny?" Tartara She waited until she heard the loud THUNK before peaking out from her chair. Books and other random objects were everywhere, even a little bit of shattered glass. Erylia glanced about, making sure that no one was about before raising her fist triumphantly. A silver necklace dangled from it. "Got it." Seiana_ZI "You gots it! You gots it!" Criofan crawled his way over to Erylia to get a closer look at the shiny. He didn't even care there was shattered glass right around the table, but he was somehow managing to avoid it anyway while crawling out from underneath it. "Me see shiny?" Tartara She nodded after a bit, relucantly holding out the shiny necklace to him. "It purdy." Already her little mischevious mind was thinking about what sort of games they could do with the obviously expensive piece of jewelry. Seiana_ZI "It very purdy. Me likie." The leprechaun was fond of sitting down on his bum and staring at the necklace. It shined in the light, like him! And it was pretty. The sparkling was what made it pretty, of course. Without the sparkling, it would not be shiny, and Criofan liked his shiny things more than anything else. Tartara She nodded. "an' it mine now." Erylia slipped in, claiming ownership of the shiny before the bald thing could. It was hers, she had seen it, she had suggested climbing and she had grabbed it out of danger of the falling bookshelf. Seiana_ZI Criofan swiped it from her, holding it close to his little chest. "It shiny and it mine!" The leprechaun fae was not fond of sharing with her, even if she did have golden hair. He just wasn't one to share. Tartara Her eyes widened in surprise before narrowing. "Shiny made BAD move." She launched herself off of the chair right at criofan. "O teh shiny!" Her own little battle cry Seiana_ZI "My shiny!" He was a leprechaun, after all. Being the embodiment of Irish luck, he crawled out of the way and then began to hurriedly crawl in the opposite direction, the shiny tight in his hands. When he was far enough away, he stuffed it in his diaper. She wouldn't want it now! Tartara She landed and crawled after him, watching him stuff it into his diaper. Well, that was all well and good, but being the embodiment of Mardi Gras, she just wanted to have fun. And he was what was keeping her from fun, bad boo boo. Erylia tackled him, hand reaching for his diaper. Seiana_ZI "EEEE!" It was very rare when someone reached for his diaper, but the little boy found the challenge a good amusement. He rolled around to evade her hand, giggling all the while. He could make this fun for them, even if she was trying to grab the shiny. In the meantime, his shiny necklace swung around. Tartara She clung onto him as he rolled, reaching out for his diaper the entire time. It was HER shiny! SHE earned it! So she rolled with him around the floor, trying to pin him down. "Mine!" Seiana_ZI "You nots gettin' my diappy!" He giggled, continuing to roll. It was his diaper and his shiny, and as fun as this was, he was not going to let her win! Rolling around some more would just make it more fun! Tartara Giggling? Oh no. If she couldn't have fun, he certainly wasn't! Suddenly becoming quite angry, the little girls violet eyes narrowed and she bit down on his arm with her few teeth, hard. Seiana_ZI "Ouchie!" That wasn't fun! Whining, he took out the silver necklace and threw it at her, despite the fact that it was now just a bit dirty. "You have necklace! Me no like bites." Criofan crossed his arms and glared as best as a little leprechaun could. Tartara She caught the necklace and clasped it around her neck, anger slowly seeping back into nothing. The Mardi Gras girl then brightly smiled at him, golden hair shining. "wha' do now?" Erylia asked happily, as if the whole necklace fight, never happened. Seiana_ZI At least she became happy right away. The little fae liked cheerful people. "Hm. We do somethin' fun." Whatever that something was. He looked around over his shoulder, as if the fun thing to do was sitting right behind him. It had to be around here somewhere. He did not want to have to resort to those stupid "bored" games his sister liked. Tartara She looked around curiously, wondering what they could do. The blond suddenly grinned. "Pway baker?" Her mommy NEVER let her make stuff in the kitchen! Seiana_ZI "Ooh, baker fun!" That was fun. His mother never let him poke at the shiny cooking stuff either. "We make food!" They were near the kitchen anyway. This was the perfect place to play baker in! Tartara She nodded importantly, starting to crawl towards the kitchen already. Baker was lots of fun! And with no parental supervision...the possibilities were endless. Seiana_ZI Indeed, they were! Where to start? Criofan quickly crawled into the kitchen, plopping himself down when they had entered. There was lots of shinies in here... Where to start? The young leprechaun could hardly decide! Tartara Erylia climbed into the nearest bottom cupboard, looking around and soon pulling out a big metal bowl. "Ewawao! I's 'Lia, ou's baker. Today I's be maded a choco cake!" She announced as if on a t.v. show. Seiana_ZI Little Criofan giggled, clapping his hands together eagerly. "I likes choco cake, 'Lia! Yous like choco cake?" Naturally, to have the most fun, the little fae decided he wanted to play along. He crawled over to grab a few shiny cooking appliances out of the cupboard, not paying attention to what he was actually yanking out. Tartara She nodded before walking to the refridgerator and crawling up the shelving units to toss eggs into her little bowl and bring down some milk. Of course the eggs broke on impact, which was her intent since now she didn't have to break them herself. "Lia 'ill maded teh BEST choco cake evah!" Seiana_ZI There were egg shells in the mix, but why did Criofan care? It was better that way, right? He took out a can opener and looked at it in confusion before grabbing a spoon. "We mixy wit' spoon! It be thiiiick choco cake!" Tartara She nodded, closing the refrigerator and pouring way too much milk in. Erylia then proceeded to take the spoon and stir the mixture. "N now I's need choco-la-ate 'n' flower!" Seiana_ZI "I's gots flowers!" He swiped the flowers out of the vase on the table and stuck them into the mixture. Of course, he didn't realize that 'flour' was the proper ingredient. This was going to be one scary cake... Tartara She nodded happily before stirring in the daisies and dandylions someone had picked for some mother or what not. Erylia then went to the freezer and got out some chocolate ice cream. She walked back to the bowl and opened the container to start scooping out huge glops of it with her hands. Seiana_ZI Criofan stuck his finger in the mixture and stuck his finger in his mouth. "Mm, it thiiiiick!" He liked this mixture so far. It would be a good cake! ...Well, maybe good to a duo of crazy toddlers, anyway. Tartara "It good?" She stuck her finger in it and tasted the mixture herself. eek "It good! Now...Lia hafta haff east. East maded teh cake rise." Seiana_ZI "East?" He looked around for a compass. They had an 'east' on a compass, right? It was a weird thingy with a needle that pointed to an E... Ah! The Headquarters had everything, and it had a compass. He snatched it off the table and plopped it in the mixture. "East make rise!" Tartara Erylia giggled and proceeded to stab the compas with her spoon till it shattered. She stirred the mixture and then brought out a cake mold. "Tink of anyfink else?" Seiana_ZI "Mama put frost on cake. Where frost?" He was referring to frosting, of course, but all he could remember was 'frost.' Either way, he was looking for this 'frost.' Maybe it was in the refrigerator. That was where they kept cold stuff, and frost was cold. Tartara "Tat after bakin tho." The girl poured the mixture into the mold and crawled over to a chair. She pulled the chair over to the side and climbed on it to reach the counter and crawl to the oven. Erylia turned it on to a random degree and hopped back down to the ground. "ta da!" Seiana_ZI "Hooray! How long is wait?" Criofan sat on the ground near the oven, watching it carefully as if the oven would suddenly open when the cake was done. It would be a delicious cake! It had flowers, milk, eggs, ice cream, and East! Tartara She shrugged. "I unno. Wen it done?" Erylia plopped down beside Criofan, eyes one the oven. Such a big thing. Her stomach growled, already anticipating the delicious thing inside. Seiana_ZI "That gonna take long." He did not have the patience for a cake that took a long time. He crossed his arms and glared at the oven as if that would make it cook faster. Unfortunately, Criofan did not exactly have heat vision, so such a move had no effect; they still had to wait just as long for the cake to finally be finished. Tartara Minutes ticked by and erylia fell onto her back with a huff. How boring. No one told her that baking a cake would take SO LONG and be SO BORING after you got past the mixing point. But still...the thought of cake made her quell her impatience and wait. It better be one heck of a cake! Seiana_ZI Eventually, after long, long minutes of waiting, he started to smell the cake--thankfully, because the young fae was starting to get a bit bored. "I smell it. I say it done." It was done enough for him, anyway. This cake baking was getting boring, and it smelled baked so it had to be baked! Tartara She nodded and grabbed some mittens. Standing on her tippy toes, she pulled open the oven and pulled out the cake. It was flat, brown, and smelled funny, but it was a cake and they had made it. All by themselves. She closed the oven and set down the mold to toddel over to the freezer for some frost. Seiana_ZI The cake was kind of flat, but that was okay. If they put enough frost on it, the cake would look nice and big. He happily walked over to join Erylia, reaching out so she could hand him the frost when she found it. Frost would make this flat thing perfect! Tartara She scrapped her hand along the inside of the freezer, freeing some frost onto her hand and then offering it to the toddler for him to put on the cake. There was so must Frost in there! It froze her hand, but that was okay. It would taste good. Seiana_ZI "Yay frost!," exclaimed little Criofan, crawling over the cake and plopping the frost onto it. He then spread it around with his hands as if he was spreading actual frosting. It made the toddler's hands cold, but that was okay. Frost was supposed to be cold! This would be the best cake ever. Tartara She closed the freezer and crawled over to their concoction. "N tat is how yous maded a Lia Choco Cake Super Tasty!" She nodded, pleased with the title "N now, dig in!" The girl reached in and took a big handful of cake...if one could call it that...and took a bite Seiana_ZI CAKE! Like the little kid he was, he dug his hands into the cake and shoved it in his mouth. However, there was a small problem with this flat, part-melted, petal-infested, frost frosted, and glass scattered piece of cake. ...Just that. A piece of glass from the broken compass got in his mouth, and so, he spat out the glass. "Ewwie!" Tartara She blinked, already chewing. Was cake always this...crunchy? She spat it out, face twisting "EW! I dun no wha wrong twith tat, but there no good!" Seiana_ZI "Lia Choco Cake Super Tasty is super icky!" The little boy pushed the cake away from him, not wanting anything more to do with it. That was some gross cake! "Wha we do wrong?" They put in all the right stuff! It had milk, eggs, chocolate ice cream, frost, flower, east... Tartara "I unno!" She pouted, look near tears. "It no fair...no fair I speak!" She kicked the still warm pan of 'cake' away, sending it to slide under the refrigerator all of eternity for all she cared. Seiana_ZI Criofan glared at the area under the refrigerator. "Evil cake." That was an evil cake! It had made itself all icky and bad-tasting and crunchy! It was supposed to be super tasty! "How cake be so evil?" Tartara She shook her head. "Ebil cake no fun, no fun." In short, she was both sad and ticked. "Mmm...How bout....maded smoothie?" Seiana_ZI "Smoothie good! Mama like make smoothies sometimes. We make fruity smoothie or choco smoothie?" Already, the little boy was crawling over to the refrigerator to look for some fruit. Fruit smoothies were soft and they were cold and good! Tartara "Mmm...fruit! Choco bad." She commented, glancing at the refrigerator where the 'cake' hid. Seiana_ZI Fruit! He plucked every fruit out of the refrigerator and plopped it in a nearby bowl. "We's got fruity!" Tartara "Yays! Now...milk n shugrrr." She nodded all boss-man-like. "There you are Erylia!" Tartara walked into the kitchen, her eyes slowly widening at the mess. "Oh my...goddess...what have you been doing?" Seiana_ZI "I's find milk!" He grabbed another gallon of milk out of the refrigerator. When he took it out and nearly fell over in the process, he discovered some big lady. "Who you?" Criofan asked, pointing at her. Tartara Her eyes widened at the red haired woman, shocked and horrified. "My...mommy..." "Thats right, a very TICKED mommy." Tartara walked in, scooping erylia up in one arm and plopping her up onto the counter. She picked up the bowl that appeared to have bits of...a clock? something with glass, numbers and a spring. What had they put in whatever cacoction they had made?...no...no...Better question. Where had it gone? Seiana_ZI "So no fruity smoothie?" Criofan pouted. This woman was ruining all of their fun! They had fun baking, even if the stuff turned out nasty! ...Well, at least Criofan did. "I wanted a fruity smoothie!" Tartara Tartara sighed. "No fruity smoothies for bad toddlers. The kitchen is off limits to child and below bakers." She put the bowl into the sink before ripping off some paper towels and wetting them. Then came the task of getting on her knees and wiping the floors clean. She pouted. "Tha no fun."Seiana_ZI Criofan crossed his arms as he watched her wipe off the floor. "You boring." He then turned to Erylia and started, "Your mommy is real boring." Just because he had said it once did not mean he didn't have to say it again. She was boring. Ruining their fun... Tartara she rolled her eyes. "I's now. Fry 'er bein yer mommy." "My goal is to keep balance, not to be fun." Tartara murmered, tossing the paper towels and standing to start washing the bowl and spoon. Seiana_ZI "Ewwie, I no want her as a mommy! Bal-lance is boring!" Criofan exclaimed, hearing a bit of her utterance. Even though he had no idea what balance meant, he was still going to call it boring. "Hmph. We sees each other 'gain, 'way from her." He declared to Erylia, pointing accusingly at the cleaning boring lady. Tartara She nodded in agreement before waving slightly with a small hand "Bi bi." Tartara sighed. She was getting more and more popular with each pae'il she got wasn't she. Seiana_ZI Criofan waved back to his new friend. "Bye byes 'Lia!" After putting the milk back in the refrigerator, he bounded into the next room to cause more chaos.
