Erm....my first attempt with online mangas thingy....
To make things even easier, I used my avi along with the avatars of my friends, some of them keep their original names, but others had to be changed because they just simply didn't make any sense at all.....Judge
Oh, that's the first page, that's why it's not very explanatory rolleyes

It's very good for a first page but I'd suggest making it wider instead of one narrow strip. I also think this belongs in the Mangaka/Comics section but whatever.
The picture of his father is kind of scary.

Yes, wider would be nice. But it looks very professional. (sp?)
The guys eyebrows seem unaturally... fuzzy? Unless thats part of how the character is :3

Hmm...Is he sleeping in like the third box thingy (totally forgot the word). If yes, um, try and make his head down to the side or looking down, cause I don't recall ever seeing someone sleep straight up. lol. Like that dude in church, man, he started falling over. LOL. Anyways. Um...is it a nitemare? Cause when I have nightmares, I frown in my sleep (is that just me?).
But awesome job! Looks so professional! What do you use to color everything in o.o

The character is basically based on my personality and the design was taken from my avi, so I'm very comfortable drawing him.

I agree with the general theme in here, its good, quite professional, what tool do you use on photoshop for the tones? I must know!!

The tools I used?...well only photoshop, I colored the entire page and then just changed it to a gray scale, giving it that look domokun
