I've made a cute limited that i want to make and i've made frames for the animation but i'm having some trouble using Image Ready.
I want to use all the frames in the one file but it just keeps going
back to the first frame i opened.
What do i need to do or should i do?

You need all the frames as layers in one .psd file. To animate, first hide all the layers except the first. Then, in the Animation window (which shows the first frame), choose how long you want the first frame to be and then click the "New Frame" button. To make the frame switch, hide the first layer and show the second layer. The first frame will keep the first layer visible, but the second frame will show the second layer. Then make another new frame, hide layer 2, and show layer 3. Adjust the time each frame is shown if you need to. Repeat as needed until you have all the frames, then save the .psd and save optimized as a .gif file.
