Karovinchi became the floating city at the Goddess Kiper's will. She wished for a place for the innocent to run free and although there are a few bad seeds this area is definatly the place to go if you want to get away from things. No wars have ever even come near it's borders becuase the massive body of water around it.

The Ida's Revenge tilted as the water rocked it, making a serene sound to Chanson's ears. Her husband behind her, arms around her waist, smelling the fresh air that wafted in by the water. As Andi began to tickle her sides, Chanson turned, trying to push him away.

Len cleared his throat, annoyed at his brother and sister-in-law.

"Can we go on shore? Meiyo and I have business to attend to. We've finished everything on the ship."

Andi turned and leaned against the railing of his ship, cocking his head to the side with a large smile.

"I told you this morning we would make way. We have to go to Rippledew and make some drop offs. Remember?"

When Andi returned his attention to Chanson, Len sighed and threw down his pack next to the mast. Meiyo rolled her eyes from where she sat in the crow's nest.

"When do we leave captain?"

She asked as Andi replied with his always happy tone. His order was listened to as Len, Meiyo, Chanson and Andi all got to work getting the ship to set sail.

The russling of her dresses as she ran down the ramps toward the boats seemed to make a music all its own, untill the sound of her boots thumping along the docks came to ear. Tango the Dancer ran down the docks looking for a ship ready to set sail across the sea towards the main lands, and spied only one today.

Sliding to a halt next to the ship she looked up and cupped her hands around her mouth.
"Ahoy! Anyone up there? I am looking for passage to the Main Lnads!"
She called, lowering her hands away from her mouth to see if she would at least get a responce to that first.

While she waited, panting to catch her breath, she smoothed out her dress and top and fixed the small crown on her head so it sat properly.

Andi looked over the railing and jumped onto it at th sight of the woman. He offered his hand for her to take if she wanted to jump onto the ship since it was a bit of a jump now that they had taken down the ramp.

"Captain Andi, at your service."

He said with a smile. Chanson walked over, a trickled of sweat ran down her face and she wiped it away and smiled to the woman.

"Chanson, first mate. What is your name?"

Meiyo and Len looked down at the commotion from the crow's nest, not really caring much for the new company. He would have loved to yell down that they were a pirate ship. Most people steered clear of them at all costs. He decided he would at least comment on the stupid crown atop her head.

"What the hell is that thing for on your head? It looks like we could catch a good price for it."

He said the second part to Meiyo, making sure it was loud enough for all to hear.

Andi glared at his brother and turned back to the girl who had just joined their ship.

"The boy is my brother, Len and the woman is his friend, Meiyo. Please excuse them they are young and rather rude."

Smiling happily as she actually got a reply, she took his hand and let herself be helped up onto the ship. Looking around it as tehy spoke she quickly returned her attention to them and smiled.
"Pleasure to meet you both. The names Tango! I was wondering if you could give me passage to the main land."
She said, introducing herself and restating what she wanted incase they didnt hear her before.

Hearing something from above she looked up and squinted against the sun to see. They were only a blurr, but she heard them well enough.
"This? Its for my dancing!"
She replied, calling up to them. She didnt bother to comment on what he said about getting a good price for it. That entailed telling them how she'd kill them if they tried. But when the captain said it was his brother, she kept her tongue.
"It's alright Captain, they are probably no worse than some crowds I have had"
She replied, laughing a little as she recalled some people.

Andi smiled, knowing his brother could be far worse then what she'd ever dealed with. But, he thought to himself, maybe that was becuase Len was his brother and he saw him differently then others.

Chanson pointed to the hold of the ship.

"If you'd like to sleep, the hold is pretty well kept up as long as Len and Meiyo cleaned today. If not I'd be glad to help you. Do you have any baggage?"

Of course their ship wasn't a cruise line but Chanson preferred to make people happy so that later they couldn't find a reason to hurt her or Andi. When she was told that the girl didn't need anything she went back to work, pulling on one of the sails.

"Can you guys please release the lines?"

She asked a bit annoyed at the double headache in the crow's nest. Meiyo got up and untied one of the lines so that the sail dropped and the ship began off, slowly at first but then picking up speed until they were at a good pace.

"We'll be heading to Rippledew first. We have a bit to drop off. But after that we can take you as close as we can to the area you want to be. Make yourself at home."

Andi went about his work.

Tango laughed lightly at the offer to go sleep, and shook her head.
"No thanks, just woke up. And I dont have anything with me."
She replied, standing in the same place she had been when she first got on the ship. It would be rude o wander around this ship without permission from the captain, she knew she wouldnt want anyone doing that to her home.

Hearing what Andi said she gave a nod. She could leave from Rippledew just as easy, and that would mean these people wouldnt have to deal with her for too long. Looking over to Chanson she saw she was working and wandered over to her.
"Anything you need help with ma'am?"
She asked, putting her hands behind her back in a shildish manner.

Andi walked to the side of the ship and picked up one of the large sacks that contained fabrics for one of the other areas they would stop at. He didn't really like acting like a merchant ship but it was better then pirating. Taking the sack down into the hold he sighed as he realized Len and Meiyo hadn't even attempted to clean up. Their clothes were scattered all over the floor just like the teenagers they were would do. He began to pick them up, thinking of throwing them off the ship just to teach them a lesson but thought better of it.

Chanson smiled at Tango and offered her the end of one of the ropes she needed to pull, she yanked on it lightly, trying to untangle one the the sails.

"Could you hold this? I need to go fix that."

She climbed up into the rigging, reaaching the sail quickly, glad of the boots she wore that kept her from falling. The know came out simply enough and she wiped away a bit of sweat from her forehead. It was a hot day and doing this work made the day seem like a scorching sun. She took one of her daggers out and threw it at the crow's nest. It hit just an inch away from Len's head.

"Get back to work. I can't do this all by myself."

She realized what she said and apologized to Tango, thanking her for her help. This trip was going to be to long for her liking. She wanted to tell Andi they should just start traveling on land because they didn't have enough crew to work such a big vessel but had always found reason not to.

Tango happily grabbed one of the lines and held onto it tight so it wouldnt slip away. This ship thing was new to her, but she really did need to get to the mainland and didnt want to wait for a passenger ship to get back to Karovinchi.

Hearing what she said Tango only smiled at her.
"Its alright. I dont think I am going to be much help anyway."
She replied back to the first mate. As she stood there she tried to think of a way to help that might suffice instead of pay for getting them to transport her.
