Timeless Mountains is an uninhabited area. The forest may appear beautiful but it is full of Liofs, Skuds and Dragons. There are a few fish that live there as well but it is rare to find them due to the vicious animals that eat them. This land is where most hunters tread to find rare beasties to kill and sell. It is also famous for it's fairy and nymph inhabitants which are the only ones who can survive long periods of time here.

A breakaway from the norm seemed like a good idea. Although..."the norm" for Cecil wasn't all that normal, being the somewhat strange girl she was. She was eccentric enough in life...and death seemed to have made it worse. Not even caring about where she was, or walking for that matter, Cecil was flying along in the air of another plane of existence, pulling loop-de-loops and other manner of air shenanigans, giggling to herself all the while. She paid no mind to other wandering spirits that roamed the otherworld of the Timeless Mountains, patiently awaiting the time when they would be claimed by Death himself.

Riokshte appeared in the mountains he loved best, full of deadly creatures that let their pray suffer as much as possible before death. Ahhh, just the kind of refreshing creatures he loved to be around. What better place to get back to work, after a long rediculusly stupid summoning ceramony, than here?

He pulled out a scroll with his list of names on it. It was constantly getting longer. he had to remember to get an assistant or something. Wile going through the list he noted a girl who actualy seemed to be happy about death, floating about the warped Spectral plane clouds as if it was good to be dead! He glared at her as if she was the worst scum of the earth.

"And what are you so pleased about?"

He spat, in her general direction, ignoreing those souls on the ground who clawed their way to get to him, begging for a spot in the netherworld where they belonged.

Cecil ceased her flying about to look at Death himself, the ancient Riokshte, which resulted in her being upside down when looking at him. "It's just good to be alive! Sort of...I mean, not really 'alive', so to speak. Since I'm still sort of dead while being alive at the same time. How's that for a paradox? All I know is I can see my friends, whichever ones were left after the war, again! Although it's kind of spooky for them, what with me being dead and all." She righted herself, realizing that speaking to Death while upside-down could be perceived as rude. "So, what brings you to this neck of the woods, Death, sir?"

Riokshte floated there with his arms crossed, he didn't particularly care that she was upsidown since he was hardly listening to her chatter on and on about things that where as irrelavent to him as humanly possible. If he had his way she would be the next person on this exceedingly long list. He checked it, not that he knew who she was off the top of his head or anything but he was sure she wasn't anywhere close to the top.

When she finaly righted herself, she asked him a question... now that was something new... he hadn't been asked a question since... god, since he was alive! He took a moment to answer, trying to remember how to do so after so long and so many people fearing him was a little taxing.

"..... My job, many dead reside here prefering company of their own lost souls to the liveing."

He stated, looking vaugely around the forest they floated above as if looking for one of the many names on the list.

Cecil hovered about Riokshte, watching and listening with interest. Seeing Death in action...or at least in thinking...was a sight to behold. "Mm...sounds like fun." She said, grinning. She took a sudden interest in a few of the souls wandering about, just waiting to be collected, some practically scraping at Riokshte's feet to be taken into the next life. Without warning, she turned back to Riokshte. "Heeey...am I in trouble?" She asked sort of quietly, twiddling her fingers. She knew coming back from the dead as she had wasn't something Death himself would really like, with how hard he worked to drag victims kicking and screaming into the afterlife.
