Bio: A few years back, the scienctists though they needed some force in the sea. They took her, and added on fish and dragonfly like features. The process was horrible. Taking the DNAs of both the creatures, and streaming into someone elses was a painful process, only some people can ever speak of. This leaves small, scars that tell a long story. Rose is quiet and shy around people, but may open up to some. Bult up emotions trigger vengence for those scientists....but little does she know that this might make her, or break her....literary.
Being bound to the water, she can breathe in both water and air, but cannot walk like regular humans. Instead, she flies, but for short periods of time. ( Later smile Trained to be in close combat, she carries around a sword, along with other close combat weapons.
