I might be setting another one up soon, but it needs a lot of people, so I might wait a little while.
And it would have to be set up in a few weeks, because I'm going on vacation soon.

I can't handle more than Metamorphosis at the moment, thanks to public education. Good going, round of applause for state governments!
Most RP ideas I think of sound too overused.
But I would like to see a roleplay where music is used in fighting. You know, sonic waves.
I did see this awesome roleplay idea the other day. It was about castles in the sky that were powered by crystals, which needed to be maintained by Guardians. Every now and then the Guardians would pick new Guardians, and the process continues.
In addition to the castles in the sky, there are four islands on the ground. They are islands with rival schools. Because of major disputes, they must transfer their smartest students to another island school. And one day, the Guardians pick some students...
Wow. That was rather condensed. So much for not taking time to explain.

I mean, magic, fantasy, adventure, medieval-type roleplays seem quite generic and broad. Are there no specific plots to interest you?
A race to obtain an item that must be retrieved to save the king from dying?
Exploring a lost land full of its own wonderful and treacherous secrets?
Stumbling across Witch-burning day?
You know, anything specific?

I dislike rping in fairly far along rps, so I think I'll wait until something new is produced; also I enjoy rping mostly anything and am usually available if needed for mostly anything xp

Metamorphosis isn't far along, at all. Nothing has really happened yet. I mean, we're only on the first day.
And we need people. Dx
The only role play that is farther along is the Dragon one.

You know, it'd be neat if there were a roleplay that consisted entirely of diary entries. Everything is written in first-person accounts. I don't know how exactly it'd work, but I think it'd be something interesting to see.

For a while I've been interested in Good Omens-ish kind of role-play. If you haven't read the book (Which you should, by the way. Excellent book) the main concept I'd like to experimant with is the idea of angels and demons who "live" on Earth, with (un)holy duties and such, but interacting in a civil or even friendly manner "off-the-clock" so to speak.
If that made any sense... short of summing up the entire book or writing an entire plot, I'm not sure I can be much clearer.
(Read Good Omens. It's a really great book.)

Hmm...I think if you roleplayed in Diary entries it would turn out to be more like a book instead of a roleplay. But if you were to do diaries, would there be more tha none diary? Or just one character that everyone contributes to?
Because it might be fun to write a story together (like a game). I guess you could do it in diary form, or in book form.
What I mean by writing a story together is that one person writes a paragraph, next person continues it, etc. etc. etc. It doesn't have to be a roleplay; it could be like a game.

They have games like that. Games where you say one sentence, another person says another, until you form a story. They also have one- and three-word variants of that game.
That would be interesting to see. It could just be one character's diary and everyone contributes to that one character. Multiple people roleplaying as one person. The trick would be to keep his characteristics (shyness, irritibility, etc.) the same.
Or maybe two characters would work. I don't know, just thought it'd be neat.

Hmmm... which RP needs members and such? I am looking to get involved in one or two soo...
Um also if people are looking for something new to play in I have the itch for a survival horror RP, standardish (hehe) human characters versus a GM run horde of enemies and plot twists! I of course would GM and antagonize things but... I want to gauge interest!
Anyway let me know wink

Well what kind of thing are you looking for...?
I think for the survival horror thing I will send out the call as of now for people interested potnetially, and if people iz interested, than I shall further post a summary of my ideas in the OOC thread here about the plot and such, and execution.
All in all it will only have 4 available PC slots
