I'm back y'all. Already on Friday. Did well with extensive walking they finally took off the bandage on my wound and its long and it hurts a bit and my back of neck and head will hurt for some time but its not as bad as it was a couple days past. The doctors were all amazed at my progress and that I was so functional completely.

Hi again, mom here. Kacy is in a room on the regular floor now. she keeps improving her physical healing with movement, feelings on extremities returning. She is sitting up a bit and she actually WALKED..normally today to the bathroom and other side of her room...but the nurses are really messing up her pain meds and so when i called a bit ago once i got home, cus i had to come home and deal with her little brother and stuff he had to do. SHe had no pain meds on time, was begging for meds i called nurses station and was told we are kinda confusedon these meds and sowejust stopped doing it.. i went ballistic and told them she gets these every 6 hours, and the others 1 every 3 hours.. alternating size of doseage..then i realized..oops one is ever 4 hours so i will have to fix that tomorrow. no more calls now allowed into rooms. I sure hope me calling them and ripping them a new one fixed it but somehow i doubt it and i feel like i should have stayed up therewith her to get these guys on line.. i'm so torked. she's crying, can't move her head to find the callbutton and the p.a said fine ill go back and put it in her hand so she can call her nurse! i went just take her meds with ya! man who would expect such shoddy treatment at the #1 hospital in the nation. i sure hope its not cus she's on medicaid. i am livid with her care right now. seems no one cares. i had to jump on every nurse today to give her meds when they were due. she was doing fine when i left at 3...so, good news and bad news.. but as soon as she can sit up for a bit and breathes right in the tube thingy.. i hope they send her home. hopefully saturday!
that is it for now. i took the puter to hospital and kept the pages up on browser so she could read them evenwith no connections.

I am Ricette's mom, Pryzm, and i am being asked to update you all on her surgery. She did great during surgery. Her surgery only lasted 2 hours instead of 3-4 and she isnow in nccu neurological critical care unit for the first 24 hours after surgery, they are having issues with pain control, but are trying real hard to get her some good long reliefto get some real good sleep. Not sure how many have ever seen a picture of her lately but she looks 100% better, she was a grey sallow color from being in pain and not able to eat, and her skin is now alabaster with apink/peach tone back and her eyes are bright and she looks amazing. She can feel you touching the bottom of her feet again, i rubbed them and tickled and she felt it which is massive improvement as well. She should be put in a regular room tomorrow morning, and i will let you know more as information becomes available. She said tell you all hello, and she will hopefully be home Saturday. She is anxious to get up and see about walking.

am not sure how many of you really know me as an agent or crew memmber but for htose of you who know me I am going up to Baltimore in a little while to a hotel. Tomorr0ow at 6 am I wilol be admitted to Johns Hopkins University Hospital to undergo a series of procedures taht will "fix" me and have me walk again and get me better and not so sick. Hell it could improve my vbrain function and i can remember. But I will be gone for about 3-4 days after wednesday. Could be longer.

My mother will be in here on my account to update y'all on my surgery and how its going and whats going on acfter it is done. She will get a link ot this thread and my uername and pass and I ask you to treat her nicely. She's had to put up with everything worn gwith me over the last wo years and needs to be treated wsith respect for all she has given me.

But I iwll be gone for a few daays so those of you who know me, just be in this thread and check it every so often wednesday to await a message from my mom and I am sure she will answer any qiestions about how I am doing and what awas done on me.

Again I ask you to treat her nicely and with respect.
