I keep on seeing this pic (from the anime) of L riding a bicycle. Does anyone know which episode it's from and WHY he's riding a bicycle?

2nd Dark Lord Never mind, I found the answer to my question. Apparatnly, it wasn't even on Death Note, but on this other anime called Full Metal Panic.
