Mago de Oz (spanish for Wizard of Oz) is a folk metal band from Spain. They combine the amazing sound of celtic irish music with the powerful sound of heavy and power metal. Even though they sing in spanish, many of their songs are so good foreign people enjoys them. I should say this band is worth a try. Check them at Myspace!

I was wondering when you were going to post a topic about them. I saw their name on Victum's profile (from what little i could translate myself) You like them very much and you take influence from them, yeah?

My Hollow I was wondering when you were going to post a topic about them. Yes, they are one of the greatest metal bands ever from Spain. In fact, I can dare and call them the most important one.

I thought it was good. VERY good in fact. I usually don't like it when lyrics are in Spanish for some reason, but this was good. (i guess because it reminds me of my aweful Spanish class too much.) I really enjoyed listening to them and i am actually debating whether to buy a cd by them or not. biggrin good rec!
