This hasn't really been discussed before. How do you think Hinata would react if she found out about the Kyuubi? Would she just accept Naruto right away and sympathize with him, like Sakura? Or would she react differently?
Any thoughts?

...I think she knows the Kyuubi is inside Naruto; most people do.
But if it actually emerged, she'd no doubt be scared, but she'd also probably try and find a way to bring Naruto back to himself.

Not everyone in the village knew. Only most of the adults knew about the Kyuubi, including Kakashi, Gai, Kurenai, Asuma, Jiraiya, Sandaime, and Tsunade. None of the younger ones know, except for Sakura, Sasuke, and Naruto himself.

Well, I don't think that's exactly true...remember in the first episode when he failed his exam and there were two kids talking about him...and I think they called him a freak...I dunno...I can't remember clearly. But I'm sure some of them knew (And I doubt they'd call it a village rule unless the majority of the village knew about it...and a lot of the villagers hated him)...and if Hinata didn't know and found out I'm sure she would still accept him...and I'm sure after the Chuunin exams almost everyone knew because of his red chakra...but then again she did faint before he did that...I dunno...

Watashi wa Hyuuga Hinata desu... No, nobody else knows in the Rookie 9 except Sasuke and Sakura...But I'm pretty sure Hinata would accept him...She loves him for being a proud failure and I don't think the Kyuubi would get in front of that. And, she'd probably feel sorry for the true reason why he's gone through so much pain...and get mad at the dumb villagers that caused that pain -__-. Hinata wouldn't give up on Naruto that easily~!

No, Hinata does not know about Kyuubi. The adults were forbidden to tell the children about it, all they did was tell them to stay away from Naruto.

I highly doubt Hinata knows. She may have some suspicion, but I don't really think Kyuubi has actually crossed her mind. If she discovers (or WHEN she discovers, no doubt she will), I think she'll be very shocked. She probably won't know what to think for a few seconds, but then everything from before would make sense to her. She might even feel a little relieved. Who knows, it might end up making her even stronger. After seeing all the crap he had to put up with and still being so strong, she might take the time to remember her own life and act on it. Or not. I don't know. XD I don't think it would diminish her feelings for him, but only make them stronger.

Well, I don't think that Hinata's going to immediatly just accept the fact. She's not a Mary-Sue (at least she hasn't been so far), and to just be like, "It's okay, Naruto! I still love you!" would be just...too easy. I ALSO don't think she'd flat out despise or be scared of him. After all, Hinata wasn't even BORN yet when the Kyuubi was attacking Konoha. She doesn't know the Kyuubi enough to hold Naruto in comtempt.
I DO think that it'll bother her a bit, and I think for a little bit she's going to avoid him altogether, until she gets used to it, and realizes that she's had a crush on this kid FOREVER, and he's still that same person.
At least with that, there are more chances for development. =]

Those were kids but they did not know why he was a freak. They called that because of how he acts mixed with how their parents feel about him. Sort of like how raciam is learned by kids even before they know why their parents hate a race, if they have any reason at all. It's learned before it's known, if that makes any sense.
