Here, you can set up journals for your Modifoxes! And, in time, when Tribes start forming, there is where you can keep track of who is in which Tribe, the Tribe name, Tribe Ranks and the Tribe Elder.
ALL TRIBES MUST BE APPROVED BY ME BEFORE THEY ARE AN OFFICIAL TRIBE. THE MODIFOXES IN A TRIBE MUST SHARE A SPECIAL PIERCING OR TATTOO/MARKING TO SHOW THEY BELONG TO THAT CERTAIN TRIBE!
Tribes will have advatages, such as larger litters of kits, cheaper items and others. However, tribe members must have RPed with each other first. Also, members from two different tribes who wish to mate may not have a successful breeding (Unless the Elder prays to the Higher Beings for a union to e formed between two tribes). So, of course, it would be best for tribes to know each other well and bring their mates to join their tribe.
The fee for creating a Tribe is 10K. This covers an upgrade to an elder, and 5 members, who all split the fee together. It also covers the tribe's tattoo/piercings. For each extra member, it is a further 1K.
Here is the tribe form. YOU MUST HAVE A TEST THREAD TO SHOW ME HOW THE TRIBE WILL WORK, AND WHAT THE IDEA BEHIND IT IS.

The ranks available are as follows.
Elder - The Tribe Leader, every decision has to be run past them. They are also the only ones who can pray to the Higher Beings.
Hunter - A hunter is essential to a Tribe. They supply all the food for the tribe.
Shaman - The medicine man of the Tribe takes care of any sick and ill Modioxes.
Gatherer - A gather will help a hunter bring home a satisfyingly large kill. collest herbs and plants for medicine
Scout - A scout is responsible for finding out information and rallying message to other tribes.
Carer - Carers are often like the watchers for the kits in the tribe, and make sure they come to no harm.
Tribe Member - Your standard member, who can help with any of the above tasks but mostly concentrates on modifications and breedings.
..:: Rank Abilities ::..
Elder - The Elders have the abilities of all the ranks below.
Hunter - Hightened senses. They can move quicker, and sense other Modifoxes quicker and more accurately than other Tribe members.
Shaman - The ability to use small amounts of magicks. Nothing extreme like commanding oceans or anything, but small commands over Earth, Air, Water and Fire. The abuse of these powers, however, will result in Shamans being demoted.
Gatherer - The ability to use ultrasonic-like pules, to check surrounding areas for food and other usual materials.
Scout - The ability to use telepathy, in order to send news faster. The telepathy is one way, unless they are talking to another Scout or an Elder.
Carer - The ability to sense auras, and to calm other Modifoxes when they are in distress. They can also communicate with kits that are still in BCR stage, to soothe them. They can also aid healing. If a Modifox is hurt in battles, spending time with the Carers means that their wounds can be treated faster and leave minimal scarring.
Tribe Member - No special abilities.

As glad as I am that everyone is so enthusiastic about the Higher Beings, I have to ask that they are NOT used in roleplays. You are not allowed to RP Modi`s that are not yours. ESPECIALLY Modeities.
They may be reffered to and talked about, but NOT roleplayed.
Also, it should go without saying that you definately CANNOT RP ANOTHER Tribe's Modeity... ^^

So we can just say we want to form a tribe? Like for example, if I wanted to create a tribe of evil/dark themed foxes, I just say so here?
Yes. But you must already have the tribe members ready, and they must have RPed with each other.
Will there be any difference between a normal member and a member with a status?
No, but in the future they may have differences. Such a hunters have less kits per litter, but cheaper tattoos to show how well they have done hunting. And carers having more kits, but being less modified. However, you get to choose yours rank for now, and then maybe later ask the Elder to change ranks.
Can a tribe member breed with a tribe member from another tribe?
They will have to have more extensive RP history, and a blessing from the Elder. And they will also have less kits than mates from the same Tribe.
Does the "five members" include the Elder, or is it five normal members (making six foxes with the Elder included)?
As it says, an Elder and five members. So, six Modifoxes. But you can have larger tribes :3
Is the creator of a tribe (i.e. probably the owner of the Elder) allowed to require anything of the players of prospective member foxes? For example, a given degree of literacy (judged on at least one RP sample)?[/bi]
Yes, you are allowed to make requirements for a tribe.
Can my Modifox leave a Tribe once it has joined one?
No, you may not leave a Tribe once you have joined. Unless you do something awful, and the Elder banishes you. But banished Modifoxes will not be allowed to make their own Tribes, and there will be a 2 month time limit on how long they must wait to rejoin any other Tribe. So think very carefully which Tribe you want to join!!
Are there any limits on the number of foxes who can be each position? Is that up to the elder of the tribe?
The number of Modifoxes allowed to take a rank is entriely up to the elder.
Can I have two Elders?!
No, this has become too much of a common sight, so it will be no longer allowed.
What if someone wants to leave a tribe? Can we set up a confrontation to banish them if they really want to leave?
Yes, but they must then wait 2 months to join another Tribe.
Can an elder step down and appoint someone else to be the next elder?
This could happen if the Elder is no longer fit to do his or her duties. It would require extensive RP.
Can you come up with more ranks?

Can different tribes merge together to become one bigger tribe?
After extensive RP, yes. The most common reason for this would of course two opposing Elders falling in love and wishing to bring their Tribes together. However, this would cause a lot of conflicts, so it must not be taken lightly.
