Well, just to say this but in the anime Misato comes along right? She is staying there for a month. Then, during that month Hachi gets together with Nobu and do the....Naughty dance. Therefore, when Hachi goes in to the doctor's office and is told that she is 6 weeks pregnant there is NO WAY that Nobu could be the father. Well, unless they got drunk and don't remember which of course is highly illogical.
Therefore, Takumi is the father. That a**.
