Greetings agents. Times certainly have changed, haven't they? This guild has seen a lot of changes in atmosphere over the site as a whole. I would like to think that one of the ugliest stages, of user versus user, is now largely behind us. Lately, Gaia has been working on becoming more united, and I think we're making progress.
When we became hidden, it was a time of distrust. Gaians were at each others throats, NPCs were adding fuel to the fire, and no one seemed to know what the rules were. So we took the natural course and retreated into our shell. We changed the name of our guild, and barred access to any non-agent.
But the time for such defensiveness is past. I have decided to put things back the way they once were. Making us once again the GIB, and proud of it. Opening our information archives to the public, so that they may arm themselves with one of the world's most powerful weapons: Knowledge.
In other words, showing the world once again that we have nothing to hide, and that we are, first and foremost, here to help.
Thank you for your time, and attention.

We must not hesitate to reform and reopen. The Gaian public at large needs our intel and other resources at its collective disposal now more than ever. We have nothing to hide, and first and foremost we are here to help our Gaian bretheren.
I am all in favour of openness.

I, honestly, never thought we should have become private. I still believe being public shows we have nothing to hide... Unlike the ZH, which still remains private (Don't get me wrong, I luff many a people in the ZH... but I think as a good will thing.... they should have opened their guild to the public -shrug-)
Anyway, Zi gives her stamp of aproval! heart

I think I said somewhere that I liked the mistery aura of being a hidden guild, but that's the only thing. I was in favor of this guild being open to the public before I became an agent, and I'm still in favor of it now that I am one heart
Let's do it :3

I think we can re-open the guild to the eyes of the public. It honestly seems like a lot of steps have been taken towards peace, and things have changed. Gaians are more united, and now that we are we must encourage that unity by offering what we have, which is opinions, information, and good intentions for Zurg and Gaians alike.
Unhidden we go? =]

The Iron Magus GuardianAmy Well your the leader. and you know that whatever you say I will go ahead and do it.^.^ With that said, do you have an opinion? Well Personally, I like it hidden. Not because we're hiding something, but because everyone will hate us no matter what. This way they can't pick through our forums and be all "SEE I TOLD YOU THEY WERE EVIIL!" and ect.

Well Personally, I like it hidden. Not because we're hiding something, but because everyone will hate us no matter what. This way they can't pick through our forums and be all "SEE I TOLD YOU THEY WERE EVIIL!" and ect. As you said, people may hate us no matter what. That doesn't change whether we are hidden or not. But if we are no longer hidden, we can provide them with information as well, which would not be available if we were hidden. So that is an additional positive to balance out the mentioned negative, which we have anyway.

I vote to come out of hiding as well.
It was fun for awhile, but now things have changed and it's time we got back to business.
