I regret to inform you all that this guild is dying...I don't want it to die and I wish there was something I could do about it but I'm running out of ideas...The members are inactive and the forum is moving slow...really really slow...if you have any ideas to start this guilds movement again feel free to share...This is you guys' guild...most of you have more knowledge of philosophy than I do...there are so many different philosopher's and so many different ideas...Talk About them...or at least you know post in the cafe...it's open to any discussion even if others are discussing something else...just start rambling...it'll get somewhere...hopefully...I'll try to help as much as I can but a guild require a group of people...not just 1.

I haven't been around for sometime and I have my reasons, but with this guild on its last breath, I'm willing to be one of those people to help out anyway possible.

I apologize, but I've been working a lot lately, putting in the hours so I can get some cash before I go off to university in the fall. But, I am willing to help out. I don't want philosophy to die in Gaia, as it shouldn't. It's an important topic that should be discussed here.

I've been doing this for a while but I can do it more. I go to the entend discussion forums and find people i think would suit this guild, in the right frame of mind that is, I'm trying to help build the numbers and voices, but like SiD said unless people chat it's gonna die. btw This is the 401st post for this guild!

Hello~
I'm a new member, and excited to spread the name of the guild. I find it highly entertaining to debate philosophies within Gaia, especially in the Extended Discussion forums. People may not like my views... and sometimes I may even debate the opposing side just to be a devil's advocate, but I think that's an important part in philosophy anyways.
One idea that might help... is a guild member siggy image. I wouldn't want it to be large or anything, but a nice little logo with the name of the guild would at least help spread the word - plus we could better identify fellow guild members when we are bending minds in the other forums.
If you like, I can design a logo. I'm quite skilled with photoshop and would like to see a small logo that stands out. Does anybody support this idea? Or maybe there is already a guild logo for siggy's and I just haven't seen it yet?

I have little to add right now , but aside from trying to recruit more memeber's that are actully willing to take this guild some bit seriously , I'm still trying to think up away to keep this guild alive and grow at the same time .

I have to get one attached to mine yet.

I think that one way to revive a guild is to advertise it. Shamelessly. Especially in guilds of similar themes.
Edit: I've posted advertisements in "Deep thoughts", "Religious Tolerance", and "Atheists United". I've done my bit.

I've just stumbled upon Gaia and am very glad that someone had invited me here. The discussions I've glanced at/participated in are interesting and I hope that the debates and enlightenments will continue. I shall try my best to contribute to this guild without becoming too addicted to the Internet.
Thank you for making me feel at home.
