I had to get rid of alot of stuff not too long ago so I got reget most of my mods. Right now I have
Bag of holding
Pokeballs (lol just for fun when I get bored)
Link's outfit (also for fun)
Underwater sea dome (my underwater house, it rocks)
and I think thats it for right now

I can't remember the names of half of them but...
The Hunger mod (adds more realism)
The one that adds wandering salesmen and adventurers that wander the roads
The wounded mod (when you get hurt bad you start bleeding out, doesn't stop until you bandage yourself up, come with 2 bandages, more are found in random loot)
Mod that drops your lit torch when drawing a weapon

Pokeball mod? What does it do?
Any way, have lots of mods, but the most helpful has been teh bag of holding for me... I hated having to cart everything back and forth from caves...

To mod you need to download the Construction Set.
The only one I have right now is Streamline. It speeds the game up a lot and it slightly changes the in-game health, magicka and fatigue bars.
Definitely worth getting. 3nodding
