I started liking MASH a few months ago. Throughout my life, it had slowly leaked into my --that is, I've out heard about it many times (I can't remember when, or where) and I decided to record all the episodes on my DVR (like I did when I wanted to watch Arrested Development, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, and a bunch of other shows.) Anyway, I think Dear Dad was the episode I saw first (or the first episode I decided I liked the show) and it was also the episode that I found my favorite chacter, Mulcahy.

It actually took me awhile. My dad and mom watched them, but the opening was so boring looking, I never watched it with them.
At one point, I was very worried about losing my dad and spent some more 'quality' time with him and watched an episode, and then realized that they were very amusing. It was probably middle school about six or seven years ago.
I'm so glad I did. ^__^
PS: My dad's still fine and living.

That's good.
Well, actually, I grew up on the reruns. Both of my parents are M*A*S*H fans, so they both got me hooked on it, and I've loved M*A*S*H for as long as I can remember.

Well, like baronesswinchester, I grew up on the reruns. My mom is a huge fan of the show.

Like baronesswinchester and and nuremberg_SS, I too grew up on reruns. Whenever there was nothing on, we would find M*A*S*H on one of the stations.
Those were the days.

I started liking M*A*S*H in 6th grade. I don't know what it was about it but I fell in love. Now it's my favorite T.V. show.

When did I start loving MASH? I think it was probably in my first trimester... as in Me, Kipluck the Fetus, floating around to the tune of Suicide is Painless and a laugh track.
I said this elsewhere, but it bears repeating, I suppose: I believe I have loved this show since before I was born as my my mother has told me that as a first time mother she spent most of her pregnancy on bed rest... and watching MASH. She said I seemed to give her much less pain when it was on. So there you have it... MASH fan from womb to tomb. mrgreen

After I was open about my love of M*A*S*H I've watched it everyday since than. ^.^
