I thought they opened a Target on the big island in that huge city.. Oahu?

There are NONE in Hawaii. But anyhow, the reason you pick up the ads is that someone at Target Inc. probably purchased a national advertising package and you guys were in it. Same thing happens with insurance companies and Massachusetts, the state gov't regulates insurance minimum prices so companies like Geico don't even bother selling insurance here but we still get their ads.

first off Oahu is an island where the capital city of Hawaii is. Now the big island is Hawaii ( I know confusing) and that doesn't have a Target I don't think,only a Walmart in Kona.(shudders at the thought that her favorite pair of flip flops come from Walmart)

Do not knock the ABC stores. they are so cool,even though they are so touristy. I still love them and wish they had them where I live. see yet another reason I wanna live in Hawaii. ABC stores,the beach,Volcanos National Park,Kona,and becuase I was born there. all the reasons to live in Hawaii.

The last one I remember was by my house and turned into a Viva Burrito.
