Plot
A shipment of gold and jewels has been stolen high jacked this gold and silver was a payment from [V]-Corp to -Corp. (more details in next post)
The securities managed to catch a handful of grunts and are holding them captive in the town jail. Unfortunately, they cannot afford to have any Personnel look into this matter because they are too busy attempting to catch down the known criminal Goldie.
The GTF (Gaia Task Force) have sent letters to all known heroes about this pleading for help both -Corp and [V]-Corp have a high reward for whoever recovers the stolen payment (even villains)
Rules
-Follow the ToS
-Follow the guild Law
-No god moding
-No auto hitting
-Don’t go directly to the boss you have to work your way up from the grunts help to the boss and everyone in-between
-Both heroes and villains may attempt to solve this but please note if a cop or hero sees you chances are they will try and stop you (if they recognize you HINT HINT)
-I will not be participating in this RP as The Phantom Slasher but as NPC and a judge
-post your profile in first post
-No team play
-If you want to speak out of char then type OOC: or (bla bla bla) just make it clear that you are OOC
-if you dont follow a rule i will report you to a Mod
Start out
If you wish to join in on this Rp, you must to the following
Heroes: you simply have to go to the police station and question one of the [NPC] Grunts to do so you have to speak to one of the [NPC] police officers upon getting the needed information you will receive further instructions
Villains: you’re first task is little harder, you need to get to the grunts without getting caught and preferably without destroying half the police station and slaughtering half the police force and GTF

Misc info
arrow The shipmen contained Exactly 25 Billion in gold and jewels
arrow [V] -Corp was paying -Corp this much for unknown reasons
arrow The reward for solving this mystery (to your char!) is one Mil gold
arrow The high jack itself happened at midnight at the gambino pear the Grunts were armed with Shotguns and Uzis the Goods Were Loaded onto a Submarine witch has been unable to be located but is thought to be highly armed
arrow Guards managed to gas a handful of grunts before they could escape
arrow the grunts were not the ones on the sub marine they were on motor cycles witch are being held at a garage half a mile away from the police station

The Balance walked non-chalantly up to the front desk in the police station and said to the cowering receptionist "I would like to turn myself in for several counts of murder, even more counts of vandalism, a case of larceny, a few of theft and one of indecent assault" he shuffled to the other foot "Probably more too" he held his clawed hands towards the receptionist, she flinched, and sagged.

Profile.::The night before, he overheard two heroes talking about the reward, so he entered the Police station. When in there he went up to one of the counters. He hoped that no one would recognize him, because if anyone realized who he was then he'd be screwed.:: "Why hello there, my name is Dan and I heard about a reward for helping out with something... I may be no hero, but I mean, I'm no villain either. Why would a villain save a Mochi Puppy from starving to death?" ::He coughed, hoping his poorly thought out plan would work.::

[NPC] PO3 looks at general blinking he starts typing on the computer a webcam takes a picture of the General and it starts matching him to the criminal database a file comes up with all of generals details and all the crimes he is wanted for unfortunately it is a picture of him before he crashed into the mountain and [NPC] PO 3 cant put 2 and 2 together to figure out that this is the same man in front of him “I’m sorry fir you check out but you need a Hero licensee”
