((I suppose, simply for the sake of proving I am indeed alive, here I shall be, till someone requests my presence...Plus, I needed to amuse myself for a few minutes and try to force myself back into Tamaki mode.))
Tamaki stepped lightly down the stairs, into the main hall to be greeted formally by a few servants who were fluttering about, dusting and otherwise tending to the cleanliness of the place. He was dressed as fashionably as ever, though more casually.
After checking the time, he went to a drawing room to his right, where a grand piano sat, untouched by everyone but himself. Tamaki slid gracefully on to the bench before it, running his long fingers over the smooth keys, eyes shut for a moment.
His thoughts drifted for a moment to Hotaru's mention of the talent competition, and her question of his involvement in the whole thing. He reached up both hands, placing them over the keys and creating a light, fast melody with ease, scarcely watching his well practiced hands as they floated precisely over every key.
He stopped after a few moments, reaching up to open a folder with complex sheet music in it, scanning each line for a few seconds before replacing his hands on the keys. He trailed his eyes back to the beginning of the song and soon the room was filled with a flowing, rich melody, supported by a simple bass line, fingers nimbly jumping to each key as he followed the music before him, reaching up for a split second to turn the page every time the bars ran out on one sheet.
((Um...I was bored...? sweatdrop Been a while since I played piano, so I bet I described that really weird. I have no idea why I posted that...? Um...Yeah...))

Tamaki arrived back at his home soon, and rushed up to his room (soon to be claimed by Hikaru...). He quickly changed into regular clothing and rushed around his room, gathering his own things to take to a room up the hall. He reluctantly removed his teddy bear from atop his bed and settled it on the pillows of the guest bed.
He called a few servants to finish shifting things around and ignored their questions as to why he suddenly needed to move into the spare room. Tamaki rushed down the steps, coming his fingers through his hair as he awaited Hikaru's arrival, trying to make sure everything was presentable for his guest.

Hikaru came down the sidewalk, riding on his faithful steed, Panda Pops. A few blocks down from Tamaki's house he dismounted and started to sing softly, something in an odd language "Så håll om mig Släpp inte taget om mig Är som förhäxad av dig Och jag vill ha dig Kom och håll om mig nu..." It was probably Russian or something... But as he walked he had a completely different attitude. Away from the eyes of apparent you women his playful mood dropped and he was only a young japanese boy, singing to himself as he walked. The doorbell would ring and a servant would go to get it. Of course they would find a strangely dressed young japanese boy, no shirt, only a short leather jacket with a skull choker. He would wear a rainbow belt and stockings below a skirt. His eyes would be a glaring green and he would stand with an emo messenger bag, blowing a bubble from 'double bubble' bubble gum, cotton candy flavour. With black hair pulled back into a pony tail he would stand in a casual stance, leaning against the doorframe.
"Oy. Boyscout cookies?"

Tamaki glanced up as the servant nearest the door pulled it open and was immediately flustered by the sight before him. Tamaki merely smiled and rushed forward, dismissing the servant.
"Ah, come in, come in!" Tamaki demanded, grinning as he stepped aside to let Hikaru enter.
"So glad to have you here! I've already vacated my room, if you'd like to go up now," he informed him cheerfully, already made happy by the prospect of a guest.

"Hmm? You didn't have to do that." looking around Hikaru tucked his thumbs behind his rainbow belt, observing his surroundings. "I wouldn't mind sleeping with you." It was said absentmindedly, as if Hikaru wasn't really there.Green eyes glanced around the large main room then at the large red carpetted staircase in front of him. His eyebrow twitched and he sighed softly. Tamaki must have rich parents or something. Closing his eyes for a moment he shrugged.
"Well... Show me to the room already. Don't worry, I don't get lost in large houses... But really, I didn't mean to take your room, it was more of a joke... You're really too gullible..." He opened his eyes, turning his head to look at Tamaki from the side. Hikaru secretly didn't like people like that- people that could let themselves be taken advantage of... It was annoying... Life wasn't like that. Thats why you had to laugh and put up a facade of someone who didn't care...

Tamaki's expression was a little shocked at Hikaru's rough-around-the-edges attitude, but it was no more than expected, and he was soon smiling again. As Hikaru went on to say he hadn't been serious, Tamaki smiled good naturedly, not feeling at all sheepish.
"Well, I get caught up sometimes, you see," he replied, laughing a little.
"But I'll have you know my room is the best in the house, and no less than the best would do for a guest of mine. But come, I'll show you upstairs..."
Tamaki started up the steps and led the way down the hall to what would be Hikaru's room for now, pushing the door open.
"I hope it's to your liking. You could have any room in the house, really..."

I'm not even worth that... His brows furrowed for a moment as he followed after Tamaki. Did he think he was the king of spain or something? Hikaru looked around at the servants. Eck. He really didn't belong. His eyes dropped to the ground and he mentally cursed himself. This place was worse than the twins house. This Tamaki guy really was an idiot wasn't he...? Always smiling... He had to be faking. He had to be fake just like Hikaru was. There was no such thing as such a happy person. Biting his lip let his eyes fall back on Tamaki's figure. Really. These rich kids...

Tamaki glanced back at Hikaru, noting his slightly disconcerted look.
"Anything I could do to make your stay more comfortable...?" he offered in a kind tone, clasping his hands at his back. He wasn't sure why Hikaru didn't want to stay with the twins, but he wanted to make the boy feel at ease. Which might be difficult after dragging him from his home to be here amidst all his high society frivolity.

"I'm just hoping there'll be couches in the room..." Hikaru murmured. " like to read... and whenever I read in a bed then... I kinda fall asleep..." His words were spaced, his voice low. This whole place seemed way too rich for him. He was used to the small office house that Ha-san had... That or the multishared rooms at the kendo school... Narrowing his eyes a bit he thought of something to talk about.
"So... Tamaki-san... do you have parents around here? Does your dad do the business thing and your mom stay at home like a housewife?" Strange question. But all Hikaru knew was his mother who was always too sick to even go outside...

"Well, my father's a very busy businessman, yes...And my mother is..." Tamaki trailed off a bit, looking away. "Well, no, she's not a housewife..."
"Um...And there's a couch there, in the far left corner," Tamaki pointed out, smiling again.

"Hm... My mother always said 'If I had the strength I'd do all the work myself so these servants won't have to lift a finger!' then she'd laugh and talk about the weather outside." His voice became low again, a sort of mutter. "I didn't know my dad." Walking over to the couch he sat on it, leaning back into it and closing his eyes. The guys at the school weren't kidding when they said rich. Takashi Morinozuka. Yeah- he had to get the guys a few autographs from him. Looking to the side his eyes narrowed, looking at nothing in particular...
"Ne... Whats my big brother like?"

Tamaki stepped further into the room, trailing after Hikaru, happy to listen to him talk. He was glad to learn what he could about the boy, since he hadn't gleaned much from his brother.
"Hitori...? Well...I'm...not too sure myself. I'd like to spend more time with him and udnerstand him better...But he seems very kind and energetic," Tamaki replied a little uncertainly.
