The room is much different then you would expect, though this could be guessed as he received the room from the last Alpha. He has made no changes whatsoever, in memory of the Alpha that died during the war.
The walls of the rooms are painted silver and the floor is made of mahogany wood. There is a fireplace in one corner of the room, with three cushioned chairs facing it.
In the back of the room, across from the door, is a cherry wood desk. There are still many documents within its drawers about the lycan race and members of the pack. Silver has placed a laptop on top of the desk, to be more efficient in keeping track of things.
On the left side of the room are two large bookcases, stacked with many books on lycan mythology, among other things.
There is a door in the back right of the room that leads to a small bedroom. Nothing fancy in this room, though comfortable nonetheless.

It was late and night, as I sat behind my desk. The laptop was open and multiple papers were spread out on the desk. These were all of the reports from across the country about how the lycans were doing. They weren't very good. My gaze went over the papers and rested on a picture of a mutilated lycan. Its always the vampires... Sighing, I turned back to my laptop and continued typing the email.

Yawning, I pushed enter and finally sat back in my chair. Thats enough for now. They all have the basic knowledge of what I want them to do. Any more detail and I would be here for days. I looked at the clock. I need a break. I closed down my laptop and stacked the papers in a pile. Stretching, I got up and headed out the door. Some fresh air should help.

Silver entered the room slowly, closing the door behind him. He looked around, his gaze vacantly going over anything. Shuffling forward, he sank into the desk chair with a sigh. He clasped his hands together and brought them to his forhead, thinking.
Where do I belong in all of this mess? Its true that i'm an Alpha, but I don't even do my job well. My people are getting killed and I can't do anything about it. I'm powerless. Zzeil does a better job than me completely. She definitely deserves the position shes in. So, just where do I fit in? I was an outcast, then a fighter, now a leader. One person can't possibly be all those and do his job well. I'm the perfect example of that.
Sighing, he got to his feet and walked over to the bookshelf. He ran his finger down the line of dusty books, eventually finding the one he wanted. It was A History of the Lycans, Vol. 75. It was recent literature and encompassed the exploits of the last Alpha.
I suppose i'll have to eventually get around to writing the next one about current times. I hope I don't have to write the farewell to the lycan race.
He sat back down in the desk chair, with the book in his lap. Turning the pages slowly, he scanned all of the accomplishments of his predecessor.
All these things he's done. What can I add to my book about my exploits?...what exploits, he thought bitterly.
He continued to read the book, remembering a time where things seemed to be cut and dry.
Fighting vampires...that was our job, a job that we did well. That was all we had to do. It was fun even...
Lost in his memories, he sat there long into the night.

Stepping up to his door she took a moment to look herself over for anything that may alarm Silver. Since she had gone Rogue hunting she didnt want him to worry about her well being. Seeing nothing too bad except some dirt and what not she took a breath and knocked on the door, giving a minutes pause for a reply or to let him do what he wanted before she went walking inside. "Silver, you home?" She said as she opened the door, looking inside to see if he was there like she thought he was.

"Huh?"
Silver raised his head drowsily. It seemed that he had fallen asleep reading the chronicles. He looked over at the door and saw Zzeil at the door.
"Oh, hi Zzeil! Heh, I must have fallen asleep." Yawning slightly, he set the book to the side.
"So, how did things go?"

Hearing Silver inside she smiled to herself before stepping inside and closing the door behind her. Walking closer she stopped a couple of feet from where he sat and put her hands in her pocket. "Thats alright." She said in responce to his sleep, she probably could use a nap sooner or later either way. "Things went, but not for the better while I was there. He fled when I challenged him. I had to leave and let my blood cool." She reported, recalling in a nutshell what had happened in the sewers of L.A. not but a few hours ago. "I also got a new pup to join us." She said after a moments pause, letting Silver know that she had recruited another Lycan to their ranks.

"Well, thats okay. You think he'll still pose a threat?" Silver asked her about the rogue.
"Either way, if we have to deal with him later, then we will. We'll just have to wait and see what he does."
He raised an eyebrow about the new member. "Oh? Hmm...thats good. Always room for more people." He chuckled a little.
Suddenly, his face became serious. "Zzeil, I wanted to apologize for what happened earlier. I should never have said those things about the pack. I've been thinking and come to a conclusion. Looking over the chronicles, i've seen all of the things that Strye accomplished and what i've done. Even with this, i've come to a reconciliation.
I need to look out for the pack, whoever's in it. I can't abandon anyone, so long as there's still one person to protect. I may not be the great leader that Strye was, but I can't use that as an excuse to give up on everyone. Thats what i've decided," he ended with a smile.
"So...that means that you were right and I was wrong. You see things much better than I do. Will you forgive me for what I said?" he asked her.

Z only gave a shrug at him, not sure either way on the subject to be completely honost. Standing in the middle of his room with her hands in her pocket, she nodded to what he said next, looking up at him after a minute. "True, we cant have rogues running amuck in our territory." She said, flashing a toothy grin and letting herself trail off. Shaking her head slightly to get the thought out of her head she quickly returned her consience to the room and focused on what he said, though it was a bit shocking. After he explained she gave him a warm smile and took a few strides over to him, removing her hands from her pockets to give him a friendly hug. "Its alright Silver, really... no need to apologize. We all have moments of doubt and confusion. Even me." She said, laughing toward the trail end of the conversation. "But I do like that part about my being right and your being wrong." She laughed. Well, even she was a girl right, and every girl wanted to hear those words.

Silver scratched the back of his head, embarrassed. "Yeah, well, I wouldn't feel right if I didn't apologize to you. It was still my fault for acting like that. I guess i'm not very...professional at this."
Hearing what she said about being right, he laughed. "Sometimes, only sometimes. I'm not giving you any more credit than that."

Zzeill laughed, a good hearty laugh she hadnt bothered with in what felt like ages at his comment. "Alright, I guess sometimes will just have to do." She said, catching her breath inbetween laughs and giggles. Calming down she returned her hands to her pockets and looked over his room, wonder what there was to do now that she had finally gotten him to be more confident. They had to do something about the rogue, and she was beinging to notice Slvrs absents from the club since she left the sewers.

"Yeah, because thats all you're going to get." Silver said to her, smiling.
Then a slightly confused expression appeared on his face. He noticed her body language. "Is something wrong? I can tell you're worried about something."

She let a small smile appear on her face for a moment before it faded away again. Looking over to him she huffed and shook her head. "I forget, harder to hide body language from our kind." She said, refering to how easy it was to trick humans. Scratching her right ear she breathed a sigh. "Well, its just...." She said, trailing off for a second to think. How did she ever get this job in the first place? She was so unorganized when it came to dealing with things. "I have a bad feeling about the rogue, the demons are getting involved, and I have the strange feeling the Vampires are talking about us. Hasnt your ear been itching?" She said, finishing off her little rant with a more mystical means of getting information, no matter how untrustworthy it was.

"Well..." Silver trailed off. He paused for a moment, then he continued talking.
"It does seem that something is going on. I've been keeping a tab on the movements of the other groups and it looks like their up to something. The problem is that I have no idea what that something is."
He sighed and looked over the notes on his desk. "I'm worried...."
