And would names with random letters like Ksrugi count as one syllable?

Wouldn't it all depend (unfortunatly) on how the sniper themself reads the name? Like when Harry Potter came out with Hermione's Name, people would pronounce it differently, until of course either book four or the movies (Some said "Hermy-Own" other "Her-my-oh-ni", and there's prolly tons others).
So, we may say it one way, with two or less symybles, and the sniper, however, reads their own username differently...
