This is selective, and there isn't any set thing.
To get to Ascended the kinder will have returned to a normal demonic or angelic ways and lost their old habits that got them kicked out. However, things will happen..Interferances from either Heaven or Hell to keep them from rejoining their opposing force. It's a difficult path.
To get to elder, the kinder must still be RPed alot.. Either it was their choice to stay on gaia, or they were unable to Ascend. Either way, they now have children that are having children.. Grandparents! And are in an old worn out age of sorts
