(Yes.. I know the title's lame. -_-;; )
50% N. American River otter.
Colette sighed as she found herself sitting under a tree by the duplexes. She yawned and shook her head as she slowly got to her feet and stretched her arms over her head, her back arching slightly. Colette found herself to be quite uncomfortable wearing 'normal' clothes and was now wearing board shorts and tank tops insted of her normal attire. She had also discovered that she was unable to up her contacts in and now had to wear her glasses all of the time.

50% Somali Cat- (Ref) (Though unlike that pic, Nicks fully clothed) Nick wobbled a bit as he walked down the stairs from his duplex, he was still trying to force his new feet to wear shoes. Most his body didn’t like his clothes either, as he walked over towards the Cafeteria he kept scratching at his stomach and neck with his claw like nails. He spotted the otter girl under a nearby tree. Part of him didn’t want to talk, just to be left alone. But his feline half gave him an odd new urge to be with others, almost like he wanted to play. He couldn’t help it, he’d been up all night and sleepy, so he gave into his new instincts. “H-hi” he waves politely and pushed his glasses further up his oddly shaped nose and they slipped down a little.

Deon groaned as he walked along, trying to focus on something...
Pleasant.
But, alas that thing did not come to his mind, and he had to continue to move along in this...reality. Right now, he was experiencing pain...like he had for the past few days. Of course he was changing, and his mind was trying to rationalize the situation...
But...
It couldn’t.
It couldn’t rationalize his eyes, which were now a vibrant amber, nor could it understand why his ears were pointy. Initially, he figured he was becoming an elf, but that all changed when he yelped, after bumping his head on a tree branch. Or maybe it changed when he stared at his hands which were now slightly clawed. But it had to be the bits of white and black fur, slowly appearing on him.
As he thought about his situation, Deon hit another tree branch, and promptly, yelped again.

Colette looked over at the guy and could tell that he was familar. Wasn't he the one who had helped her out with her lap top? She looked him up and down before she repiled. "..Hello.... Nick?" Colette asked, unsure if that's who he was or not. She looked over in the direction of the yelp and saw the other guy. Colette shook her head and waited for the cat-man's reply.

“Y-yeah it’s me” He smiled nervously, revealing his new front teeth. “Your looking…er…n-nice” He was so bad at comforting people. “How come your wearing glasses?” all the while he scratched at his neck fuzz.
He heard an odd yelp, jus some hitting his head, he ignored him.

Deon went back a few paces from the shock as he started to rub his head "Stupid tree..." He muttered, glaring up at it. Now his head hurt even WORSE somehow. "This inset fair..." He grumbled, before he turned his attention to the two voices, which he could hear perfectly. Slowly he looked over at the pair. They, were kind alike him, but more...refined in what they were becoming. In his mind he was deciding if he wanted to go over and ask for some pain killers. On the other hand the two...looked scary to some degree. It was his fear of animals, coming out again. Of course he’d be one eventually, but for now, those two creatures were utterly terrifying. So, Deon just stood there and let out a low whimper as another layer of pain racked his head.

She nodded a bit at Nick's words and then shrugged at his question. "Can't put on contacts," Colette said and then sighed as she heard the guy whimper. She looked over at him again and crossed her arms. "Yes?.. What is it?" Colette asked in french, and was just slightly edgey for she was quite hungry.

“oh yeah…I guess you wouldn’t be able too now” He couldn’t help but star at her muzzle-ish face for a few seconds. He ran his eyes over her body. She was defiantly an otter, and yet she was still attractive to him in some ways. Damn his need to be with people, he hated the way he looked, stupid ginger fur. But for now animal instinct was the dominant half of his mind. While Colette said something in French to the stranger he licked at his hands and passed them through his hair and neck fuzz, to make himself more presentable.

Deon blinked as he stared at the woman "French?" He asked, tilting his head to the side "God...I sucked at foreign languages..." He said, now shaking his head. Deon slowly walked towards the pair, as cautiously as possible, and stopped about five feet away from them. "Hello." He said with a slight bowish nod. "Ummm..." He then yelped again as he put his head in his hands "Gods...do you have any aspirin?" He asked, looking back up at them "Sorry im being so needy when we just meant, but I really, really need some...ya know?" Now, there seemed to be a forced smile on his face as he offered his hand "I’m...I’m Deon...Deon Selco." In the back of his mind, he as screaming though, not from the pain, but form his old fears.

Colette saw that Deo was in quite a great deal of pain and then sighed as she nodded to answer his question about pain killers. She looked down at his hand and then began to walk to her room. "This way.... You come too, Nick," Colette said over her shoulder, the end of her tail occationally twitching as she walked.

Something about this man seemed odd to Nick, he had a strange, unwelcoming scent about him. His instincts where telling to stay clear, but he wasn’t entirely sure why. Still, his sociable nature was still here.
“Hi, I’m Nick” He waved again. He nodded as Colette replied to the man as well and obediently followed her.

"Th-thanks." Deo stutterd as he followed the two. Maybe animals aren’t so bad... He thought, as a genuine (though admittedly weak) Smile formed on his face. "Very much...when...when it dies down, ill repay the favor." He then looked at the back of Nick's head "And great to meet ya..." Yet, it wasn’t so great, something about Nick...well...it was annoying. A slight growl escaped his lips as he focused on it, but quickly Deon covered his mouth and let out a nervous chuckle "Sorry...I’m, I’m having allot of trouble with myself..." Deon said, as he adjusted his sunglasses.

Colette heard Deo growl and then frowned. 'Great.. A cat and dog.. Oh this is going to be a problem' she thought and then opened the door to her place. "Wait here," Colette told them and then began to look through the cubord in the bathroom for the bottle of pain killers she had brought. "Ah.." She grabbed the bottle and nodded.

Nick ignored his growl, and shrugged it off, I guess he was entitled to act a little animalistic.
“Okay” He replied automatically as Colette headed off into her room. He turned towards Deon, his ears twitched as his curiosity was peaked by his appearance. He had yellowed eyed, some fuzz in some places.
“So, what animal are you?” he couldn’t help himself asking, it was his strange scent, he had to know what it was.

Selco scratched the back of his head and sighed "Animal? I’m...I...I dunno..." He said, shaking his head "Some sort of dog maybe...I mean I can howl like one...that probably explains the growl too..." Deon then turned to Colette and let out a long sigh of relief as he took the bottle "God I could lick you face." He said, half jokingly as he opened the bottle and popped about three pills into his mouth. "Thanks..."
