Controllers, or Trollers as they are known in PvP, are a suitable toon for if you want to control what the baddies do. Heroes love their holds and even like their buffs/debuffs more. A troller mostly takes lead of the team, for they really tell if the heroes should charge, or pull, most can also heal. Trollers are born leader archetypes for CoH.
