Well, rather than explaining it all here, my suggestion would be to check out http://www.wgi.org/
There are a lot of articles there explaining what it's all about and there are video clips and other multimedia so you can see for yourself. But basically, it's indoor colorguard. But, like most things, it's more complicated than just that. So check out that site and you should find what you need.

I could give you a dictionary or experienced definition... But I'm not. Since I one asked what WinterGuard was, I'll tell you the same thing my instructor told me: WinterGuard off the field, usually in a court of some sort, and is more relaxed than marching season. In my school, this means: more goofing around and techno music. And stupid silly spandex outfits that take forever to learn how to put on. And show makeup (like Nike blush cheeks). Things like that. It's a little easier, too, since it's not cold and there's no wind to screw up your tosses.
